The place was full of smoke from lit charcoal and the representative kept insisting that I should fill up more gas even though I had filled up to where the guage was when I picked it up.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe app said the truck had a 1/4 tank of gas at pick up but it was empty with the fuel light on.
Monica HThe pick-up location was a small grocery store, the clerk did his best to help me and was nice. The truck was behind the bldg and the gas cap was off and only a quarter tank of gas was left, not a full tank. The passenger mirror was defective and kept moving around so l could not see cars on that side of the truck, l stopped a few times to adjust it. The truck was squeezed in very tightly to a residential back ally, it took a few attempts to manuever the truck out of a very tight spot between other vehicles.
Thomas DTHIS LOCATION IS SCAM THE GUY CHARGE SO MUCH 100 FOR 3 HRS AND CHARGES 50 FOR GAS! THIS LOCATION IS A SCAM THEY CHARGE YOU SO MUCH I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, BE CAREFUL
Kristine LThe area has no visible signs to say it's a u-haul location. After checking in the unit was was located after a brief walk around the building across the back end of the shopping area to the alley where it was parked. The cab was not wiped down and there was small debris in the dash holders, the floor mats had muddy tracks on them. The cargo area hadn't been cleaned and there was sandy soil on the floor.
