This truck needs to have the inside light fixed. This truck needs to have its lights reset, they are pointed off to the right side of the road. So at night you can not see the road and I rent this truck a lot and drive at night. If I have an accident because of this I guess I will have a good case against UHAUL because I have reported this at least 6 times to the managers and nothing had been done about the lights.

Our initial reservation to Glendale was all messed up and we were sent to Sun Valley for our truck. The Glendale staff was hopeless! After being told that our 15" truck was not available in Glendale, were were sent to Sun Valley for a 20" truck. A few hours later, Glendale called us and asked why we had not presented for the 15" truck and if they should cancel our reservation! I ended up with a more expensive 20" truck because I did not trust that the 15" truck would be in Glendale if I returned there. Ugh. It was a nightmare. Took me about 4 hours hours to get any truck at all. Thank goodness the Sun Valley staff were not so inept.

They only had one employee who worked very hard to keep all the customers happy, but one guy on a Monday morning at the end of the month is not adequate. This is no reflection on the employee - just the managment for not having the store properly manned. I got the truck alright, but it took quite a while and the check engine light was on.

Your employee, Tyree??, was working hard and very busy, but still delivered good customer service. However, he was alone on the first of the month - not awesome. I had to wait over half an hour and I had a confirmed reservation. He was very nice about it, but I was not pleased to be so late starting my move.

I was told at the beginning that minor dents and scratches were not important but at the end was told that they were. Either way they didn't make a big deal was just told to note everything next time. Also I feel the rental should be a 24 hour thing not a half day depending on pick up time.

No one was there for pick up, no one on the phone could help us. (it was not set to self pick up) . spend 1.5 hour in the cold with our toddler crying in the car. someone over the phone tried to help us but another truck was parked in front of the truck we supposed to take. Such a mess. the guy was there wouldn't come out to help us out until we called the owner through Uhaul and he asked him to come and gave us our truck after another half an hour delay. he changed our drop of location too. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!

Location of rental property is literally right at a freeway off ramp. Takes forever to get out the exit due to cars exiting freeway. Think it through next time people!

I ordered boxes and a mattress cover at the same time I ordered my truck and auto transport. When I spoke to staff on the phone, they said that they could see my prepaid box/mattress purchase and I just needed to go to the store to pick them up. At the store, they advised me that they could not see the prepaid transaction and I had to re-purchase the boxes and mattress cover. They made no attempt to help me track down the $28 purchase I had made at the time of the order.

The location was great, but the customer service truly sucked. They messed up my reservation several times and caused a chain of events that really messed my moving plans up. The "clerk" at the location, itself, was very helpful and told me what was "up". I wish I had dealt with him to begin with.

First of all the Manager Tony Lopez of the Hollywood way Sun Valley U-haul was less then professional with me when I was trying to rent a 5X10 trailer. My scheduled time to pick it up was 2;00 pm 04/07/18 Saturday and I arrived 10 minutes early. Tony Lopez with his 3 inch USMC Tattoos along with his bad attitude was going to try and charge me a double rate because I was 10 minutes early. I told him I just rented a trailer last week from another U-haul and the 24 hour rate was what it was. Then he starts asking me how long I was going to have the trailer 2, 8 hours. I said I wanted the 24 hour standard time with the standard rate. He told they don't do that at this U-haul ? I finally got him to rent it to me for the standard 24 hour rate ? Jim Synder was helping me at first and there was the discrepancy on the computer on what they wanted to charge me. That is when the bravado Tony Lopez came into the picture. Jim Synder was great when he was helping me. Jim witnessed the unprofessional manner that Tony Lopez was treating me with.

Give TJ and Jim a good raise. They were AWESOME! Their customer service skills were beyond extraordinary! TJ helped me out with the trailer and filled me in on every little detail about how to drive with one and what to do Incase things went sour. I think he realized how nervous I was since it was my first time ever towing. He did an outstanding job! Kim was fantastic when it came to the return of the trailer. He fully inspected the trailer with me being present, he went through all the paper work to make sure everything was ok, and his friendly personality was just superb to say the least! Those two guys made my experience a great one. I hope to see them again when I need to go next month!

Rep wasn't sure how to adjust side-view mirrors (but maybe they cannot be adjusted). Also would be handy if you rented heavier-duty dollies that can be either upright or cart. Everything was in good order and I'd recommend U-Haul. Thanks.

Reserved an appliance dolly over the phone. On the phone, their phone operator told me that they had 1 in stock and would place it on hold for me. When I got there, I spoke to the general manager of that location and he informed me that they didn’t have one available..pretty inconvenient for me. Luckily I was able to locate a friend with a dolly. But if it wasn’t for that, I surely would have been screwed and wasted lot of my time for the incorrect info given to me.
