I called to make a reservation and spoke to Roxanne she set up the reservation kindly texted me that I have a 7 AM pick up on Sunday she did not inform me that I needed the app and that I needed to use the app to get the car it took us 1.5 hours for customer service to figure out the app because it was saying something was wrong on the U-Haul’s and we finally got it and around 8:30 AM when I already had two people making $20 anJust sitting on the pot we get it to work I find out that Roxanne did not set up a truck to be picked up on an early delivery so I had to wait until 9 o’clock the lady on the customer service recommended he go to another place before that so I drove approximately 8 miles to your other location but then she forgot I was on Pacific time and that that was close this was a horrible disaster that could have been saved if people knew what they were doing and you had to communicate with the actual store that they’re working at. just sitting on the pot we get to work I find out that Roxanne did not set up a truck to be picked up on an early delivery so I had to wait until 9 o’clock the lady on the customer service recommended he go to another place before that so I drove approximately 8 miles to your other location but then she forgot I was on Pacific time and that that was close this was a horrible disaster that could have been saved if people knew what they were doing and you had to communicate with the actual store that they’re working as your find by my review Penske is much more available

I would think to go over whatever vehicle had extras like if it had a backing camera showed him out how to activate the backing camera that's about it any other things like that but otherwise it was excellent everything was good

The truck I rented needs a mirror, the driver side fish mirror was missing. Both right side tires were totally BALD. And I drove it all the way to Austin TX.

I have not receive my credit yet $46 with the change. Track had low pressure in the tier when I ask to fix it the guy told me he will fix it when I return the track ( I had to put some air in next gas station) I am regularly renting U-Haul this was worst service.

Check the tire monitor before the customer picks up vehicle. The monitor went on about a mile after I left the U-Haul location.

Good guy u got working there very efficient for running the show by himself.. U need to give him some help not because of him but because of the inpatient customers unless u don't care about the business u might have to much. U guys r a big corporation I guess.

First and foremost, when I got there, there was a lobby full of people; and then only one customer. It took me 45 minutes to get a truck. Then, when I returned the truck Taaven Jones ripped me off by adding protection that he never asked me for.

Not sure why there's only one employee servicing customers on weekends. on both saturday and sunday. and no sense of urgency. maybe its due to business need, however, when 3 customers are waiting to pick up a rental, each interaction takes quite some time.... so you'd think you would have at least 2 employees to assist

Uhaul representative would not answer my question as to how long I may keep the trailer for the quoted rate. I wanted to use it for as long as the rate would allow. I asked three different ways and he answered three times, “I need to know the exact time you will be returning the rental.” Rude and non informative...

Get your guys lock cutters. The previous one way left a lock on the truck and your location didn't have cutters.

The staff at this location was friendly, efficient and over all excellent in the service they provided and accommodating my needs on such short notice. The down side was the rear padlock had been cut with bolt cutters so I had to purchase one to keep my goods secure. It also needed water. Small details, but important.

Location is convenient for BURBANK area, but with traffic from BLVD & frwy offramp makes it difficult from opposite side of street to enter business.

It is difficult to know where to park. This is true of the other Uhaul location I know but as a busier location it is more crowded and you never know if you are being an idiot and blocking another customer or Uhaul equipment

Actually have employees and managers that actually know how to deal with situations and trailers. The guy that hooked my trailer didn't really know how to do it and the trailer had dog crap and cigarette butts in it. When I called and told the manager about it he chuckled on the phone.

Vehicle had very bad odor when first driving off, manager was too busy to check me in when i returned unit said he would send e-mail reciept when he had time he was backed up.then i got an additional 10.00 charge for fuel. i returned it the same level i took it. the truck was on a slope and fuel level was not accurate. I have rented a lot from this location and there is always a new manager ?
