Waited for 50 minutes to pick up my rental truck. I had an appointment at 9:30 and was not helped until 10:20. No apology for the wait was offered and the employees seemed to not care at all that people were waiting for a very long time (one person in line ahead of me actually called another location and left when he found out he could get his truck there instead). I will not use this location ever again - unacceptable. The only reason i am not rating a one star is because it was the only location that had the exact truck I was looking for.

Weren't clear on the return service - I thought you could return to any UHaul but apparently not without getting hit with a ridiculous fee. Hope I never have to go through this again.

The manager Tony has horrible customer service skills. When we picked up the truck we were told by the nice gentleman working (Jesse?) to load up the truck and then come back so they could load the car and transporter. He STRONGLY suggested that we not try to do it ourselves. When we came back Tony attached the transporter but said that he would not touch or help us with securing the car. After some back and forth, he finally did it.

The rep sent out our truck to someone else and we had to wait for 20 minutes while he kept calling the guy to bring it back. On top of that this location is difficult to enter and exit.

Well, the Uhaul split my order between two locations. One of them was really inconvenient for me as it was not on the way to destination and neither it was close to my house so I had to reschedule the pick up of tow dolly. Instead of compensating the gasoline, time that I spent to get to the inconvenient uhaul location to pick up the dolly I was credited additional 45 miles!!! Knowing that I am moving not far but from LA to BA it did not make any difference as I wohld not have any chance to spend them. But I spent a lot of time and gas on unnecessary travel. Once we came to the location we asked how to attach the car to thedolly. The guys at the location said that the car wheels are attached to the ropes on the dolly and did not tell anything about the chains and left. So, we had to spend another hour to figure out where should we attach the chain with hooks in order to drive safely. I do not think that it is only our responsibility to guess how the equipment works. Even if we paid for insurance we still care about our safety andbdlongings!

Have a back up plan if the client before my reservation doesn’t show up. Should have given me a discount since the company costed me more money and time to go to another U-Haul location from me just to argue with the manager over there. He didn’t want to give up the truck even tho the manager at the other place told me he reserved it for me and i won’t have any problems. And you need more dolleys if you’re gonna rent trucks and not have any more. Had to drive to a third location for a dolley. Won’t be using U-Haul again

The online reservation process is the stupidest I've experienced: It took 1/2 hour to complete, I even had to take and upload photos of my driving license (for being requested to show my ID again at pick up). Once reservation done, all I get is an idiotic email confirmation that doesn't even summarize my reservation. Instead it gives me a wrong location and no confirmation of time. So the next day I wasted $12 of lift ride to go at the wrong U-haul where I am told the reservation is for another place 4 hours later than I requested. I had no choice but to accept this stupid situation.

Long wait times. Could use more staff. The gentleman who checked me out did not provide me with my furniture pads that I ordered. Next time do a thorough check of an order.

There was a major snafu in picking up our reserved item. When we arrived we were informed that the trailer we reserved via the website could not be hooked up to our vehicle. Our only option was to rent a cargo van. The U-Haul employee was very apologetic and helpful in getting us accommodated. It just ended up costing us 4 times what we had expected.

Your reps do not have customer service skills. They give mos information, they do not do what they promise...they are unaware of how to help. I was charged an extra day when I brought the truck back during my reservation time and informed the rep we would drop the keys off in the mail slot! The online system wouldn’t work for some reason so I was forced to check in with a clerk. That told us we can still drop it off at our return time and yet we were charofpr an extra day! Very disappointed in this experience!
