Don W.This is the second time I've had to rent a uhaul truck from Multy Mini Storage. First time was a great experience and this time was really easy as all my info was already in the system. The customer service was great both times.
John H.Make sure the batteries are somewhat new not 4 yrs old make sure water doesn't go into the the cabin and get the driver wet also make sure water doesn't get in the back and possibly damage furniture cuz that's what happened to me
josh E.This uhaul location is horrible. It doesn't have any parking for customers. The property owners live upstairs and they don't provide enough parking for uhaul cusromers. When i arrived at the location, I had to park behind the property owners vehicle because there wasn't any parking. He immediately told me to move in a very rude manner. I asked him where I could park and he just told me to move my vehicle somewhere else.
