When we arrived at 10:05 for our 10:00 vehicle reservation, no employees were present at the rental site but the store front was unlocked. An employee arrived ~10 minutes after us (approximately 10:15am).

The person working, Eury Ortiz was freaking AMAZING! He was polite, went out in the cold and rain, hand pulled the motorcycle trailer, and hooked everything up. He explained how to return it, and was the most helpful person I’ve encounter in the last 18 months in Boston. Even the trailer was great and the entire experience completely exceeded my greatest expectations. Great job, and I plan on renting a trailer for an expressed trip soon, instead of buying one as I planned previously. Thank you!

Trailer door hinge was starting to crack. Not severely but needs to b replaced. Also trailer is missing screw going into fram. I pointed this out to where I dropped trailer off in Wichita Kansas this is just FYI. Had an excellent trip

The attendant was by himself and there were people waiting to be served. The attendant was very adept and polite; he waited on people and acknowledged those waiting, giving them assurance that they would not have to wait long. I thought that he was very professional.

It took over an hour (after I reached the counter) to pick-up the van. I had made an online reservation. But they could get the system to work. The truck had the incorrect mileage. I had to go back and fix it. It then took an hour to return the truck.

When I called to make a reservation, I was given a total of $65 as a quote for the 24 hour rental, including 50 miles. However, when I picked up the vehicle, I was told that the total would be $85, including a $10 for insurance. I wished I had been given the correct quote when I first called to make the reservation.

It was the busiest U-Haul location that I’ve been to thus far, but the staff were all very friendly, helpful, and efficient at their jobs. This (location) is the first time I’ve ever felt I had a total 5-Star (excellent) experience while using U-Haul. The equipment was clean, worked smoothly, and I had no issues whatsoever. It’s a shame that I was using this U-Haul to move out of town, because I definitely would have gone back here specifically for all my future U-Haul needs.

I got locked out of my van while gassing up. See my suggestions and ask below. I filled up the gas before returning, very close to the store. I checked the fuel level while filling the tank and then took the keys out of the ignition, put them on the drivers seat, closed the door and added a few more gallons. The doors locked!!! With my cell phone in the vehicle. Your roadside assistance people are excellent, considerate and very responsive. The event took 3 hours on my very busy house moving day...a mess!! When it happened, I called the store manager from the gas station land line. He said this CAN HAPPEN in SOME vehicles! Two strong suggestions: 1. There should be a very clear WARNING posted or made known at the start that you should not leave keys in the car when doors are closed, and 2. You should be able to get a 2nd set of keys in events like this. My wife was with the store manager when I called. I was only 3 blocks away from the store. She should have been able to bring me a 2nd set of keys!!! I would love some king of reimbursement for this inconvenience. Please let me know what you can do

Even though I had booked online, I had to wait in line. I was also surprised at the price. The $19.95 ad fooled me into believing it would be cheaper than a Zipcar pickup truck, but it wasn't. It was more than $20 more expensive. Wish I had stuck with Zipcar - will do that next time.

Truck was 105k miles and was barely drivable. Location doesn’t have parking. Workers are lazy slow and you need to look for one to get served.
