I would highly recommend Eury Ortiz at the Brookline location. He was very helpful and very accommodating. He should be commended! Great example. Unfortunately, because of my bad experience at Ridgeland, I will not be renting from U-Haul again. I will try Penske or Budget. I was extremely disappointed!

The van was great, but when you guys were cleaning it, it looked like a bunch of Armor-All got sprayed onto the inside of the windshield but didn't get wiped off before it was given to me. I ended up getting some paper towels and wiping it all off mysel later on. Watch for that.

When we picked up our U-Haul, it only had a quarter of a tank of gas at the time of pick-up. However, I was told by the customer service rep that the U-Haul tank was full, and he had me fill out the contract based on what he said without us confirming it ourselves. When I called to say it was not filled all the way, no one responded to my message. Because no one responded to my messages and I had to drop off the truck the following day in Middletown, CT, I dropped it off full, not to get a fee. I should not have been required to fill the tank when it only had a quarter of a tank when I picked it up though. The manager responded a day after the rental was due, to say that I should return the truck with 1/4 a tank. Obviously, it was too little too late. We had to put in $93 worth of gas over the course of the trip because the tank was not full when we received it. U-Haul got a full tank of gas on our dime. The air pressure was very low in one tire at pickup as well; it was supposed to be 71, but one tire was at 25. It was obvious that our customer service rep did not look at the truck before it went out. We had to fill the air, which cost another $1.50. I would like a refund for the gas, as well as the air pressure cost. I need to rent a moving truck two more times in the upcoming month, and I will not be using U-Haul for these rentals based on my experience and the customer service if this is not addressed.

I ordered furniture pads but they were not included. Be sure to check your fuel level and any equipment you ordered is on the truck before leaving. I tried calling to get reimbursed for missing equipment and customer service pretty much told me take a hike there’s nothing they can do. Terrible experience.

I was charged for two days when I should only have been charged for one day. I did the self-checkout process, which is likely the problem but have not received any follow up regarding this problem.

I did the reservation i pick up on time ,the guy was very nice,but I have two complaints the right rear mirror doesn't adjust,I got the truck with the tank one quarter full and I ride the for 60 miles and I put $30 in gas and i returned back with one quarter and you charge extra $50 dollars because of the gas,I 'm not happy about, Thanks Danilo

Great customer service! The rep was very nice, and worked quickly to get me in and out upon pick up / return. He made sure that I had a good experience. Overall great experience. I purposely came to this location because of great experiences. After going to the West Roxbury location and having a terrible experience I will go back to the Brookline location every time.

I was very upset , I made reservation at the Brighton place for a van ONE WAY! I called twice that week before pick up and nobody told me they didn't have ONE WAY vans. I arrived and THEN they told me, I would have to go to the Brookline place. Brighton U-Haul is rated ....POOR!

Still having dial up computer connections seems quite out of date. One result the agent said is that when income phone call overlaps use of the internet, online registrations can be lost, which happened to us. I did the whole online check in and it proved to be a waste of time.

This location is superb, the staff is doing excellent job. However U-Haul in general (on the corporate level) can clearly lower the rates or change the rate scheme. The payment per day + per mileage certainly is perceived as excessive.
