The young lady that helped us on Sunday was polite and very helpful didn't give us a hard time. She attended to us so fast and our experience with her was relaxing. When a person needs to move you already have enough concerns and need to feel relaxed when renting a van truck or what ever. She was so amazing and truly appreciate that she was well trained.She was a lovely person she attended to us so fast it was amazing. Easier access w/ use of lockbox! Neither I nor two others were able to get into our lock boxes and also the system was down for most of tge weekend.,We weren't able to connect w/ anyone to inform them thst we needed an extra hour on Saturday and therefore had to keep the truck for another day. While an apology was good, a di$ count would certainly have been a good gesture.( don't suppose that it can still be done?!( our Organization rented the van to travel to NJ & CT to p/ u items for our beloved country of St Cincent which has had its volcano erupting since April 9th.
