I did not get her name, but the nice lady there in that office was excellent! Very kind and was able to help us when I discovered the 10' truck I had rented, did not have a ramp. She was able to efficiently resolve our dilemma by putting us in a truck that did have a ramp. So kind and helpful.

LARRY CThe 15' truck had only 16k miles on it, but when I picked it up, it had a check engine light on within the first mile. This was related to the fuel cap EVAP system. UHaul offered me no help or confidence. The local agency was completely in the dark and unhelpful. Roadside Assistance told me to simply continue on for 800+ miles and "not worry about it" until it started blinking even though I had time to have it checked and was still in the area of three UHaul vendors. Only after 500 miles did the message panel begin to ask me to check the gas cap and EVAP line. Furthermore, the truck was noisy and steered like an old worm and peg steering package.
CHARLES CCabin was dirty with cigarette ashes, stains and dog hair. Gas was only an 1/8 of a tank full. I could tell there was no maintenance between me and the last renter. Asked to trade for a larger cleaner truck they had on the lot, but he said he wanted the larger truck for himself. No other trucks were on the lot and I was limited for time. Will use another location next time.
