Make it clear that if you are going to be late you need to reschedule. Since the location was closed I had difficulty picking up my truck electronically.
I dropped off after hours although I thought someone was going to be there. Also, there was no secure Dropbox for the keys. There were 3 combination lockers but we had never been given the combo. However one box was open so we left the keys among others that had already been dropped off.

Rude, decided not to communicate with me and call me names when he contacted customer service. Swearing at a customer and calling them a f*****g as****e is more than inappropriate. I would rather buy new stuff that ever rent another uhaul to move things ever again.
The order was inaccurate BOTH times. It had to be cancelled and then I did another one while in the office. Nice enough rep, but he was clueless on the computer. Took me 30 min and STILL was wrong.
I could not adjust passenger top mirror it was angeled down towards ground I had to lean to see through bottom mirror I managed gentleman was friendly
someone [please call me. This truck was used to transport fish. You could not bear the stink in this truck. Your records should indicate who used this truck before me. there were NO other trucks on the lot. I need to hear from U Haul ASAP, please. Thank you.
I loved using the app - and when I had to call in and increase my rental period the person on the phone was efficient/friendly and quick. Great experience from start to finish.

Location was apparently closed for vacation- no sign in window. Man happened to be there and helped. Truck ran fine.

Person added coverage at a cost of 30.00 that I declined during my online reservation. I called him this morning and he said I had to contact you directly that it would come off as I did so as he couldn't do anything. I saw him clicking on something when he checked me out and he never asked me to check acceptance of anything. Not very transparent.
The mobile pick up process (nothing to do with the location) is a nightmare. I will never use it again unless it's improved.

I had 5 empty water bottles in the front and broken glass in the back. The mirrors were useless and safety hazard. The passenger side mirror moved out of position on the highway!!! The drivers side door can't be opened from the outside, inside only.
This location was far superior to any other uhaul location I have been to!

The truck I was supposed to rent was not there at the time it was supposed to be. Had to wait and then was give. A larger truck in its replacement .
I arrived at 9am to pick up for my 9am reservation. I was called "sweetheart" and told that it wasn't Disney World and I had to wait 45minutes to try check out my uhaul. I also was billed for fuel despite filling the tank to the level it was when I picked it up.
I was very disappointed in the price. Should have been half what you charged me.
I received the truck with 3/4's gas. Recorded gas was 7/8's full. The truck was returned with a full tank. Recorded on my contract was less than 7/8's. I was then charged $14 for gas which is a scam. Absolutely false. Shady business, would not recommend this location.
It was a pleasure working with the entire staff at Superlube. They were extremely accommodating and I felt like the customer.
Very disappointed that after reserving at Newport RI location, I was re-directed to Bristol, RI. Took me 45 minutes in traffic to get there, took over an hour to rent truck (they said U-haul computers were down and I couldn't have it, at first) and another 45 min back to Newport. When I passed the Newport U-haul, they had 3 -15' trucks out front! How do you explain? Wasted nearly 3 hours.
