David A.I will never recommend or use uhaul again, This is actually the 2nd time this has happened to me , I initially rented a 26' truck in Fall River 2 weeks prior to moving, and the day before I'm scheduled to pick it up I get a call saying the truck is not there, Then my only option was to pick it up another 20 miles away or so And pay for the mileage.
