Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis process when picking up by mobile is way too difficult. I rent trucks from U-Haul twice per year and my information is the same. For me to have to take pictures of driver license every time and upload things to app is just too difficult and time consuming. I am going to look for other options.
SHAWN KNothing everything was good.
Thomas BUnintuitive. I could have done all of the steps I did in the hot sun in your parking lot from my couch. I had to reverify who I was after having already made the account. I had to spend 40 dollars on gas because the van was close to empty. I did not use all of that gas. I donated gas money to a corporation. What a joke.
Ryan DSuper nice people, very easy to work with, and the truck was in great shape. Moving is a very stressful experience. Sam & Mary's woodworking made it that much easier. Very happy with my experience with them.
