The truck was way in the back and could have been pulled out to a more convenient spot plus I paid for a dolly but there was no dolly in the truck which made a two person move much more difficult.
Only problem I had was with U-Haul not the locations. I arrived with more gas than needed in tank which would of been 7.00 worth of gas. No refund. But turned the unit in 1 day yearly no refund. But went 5 miles over and was charged don't understand don't really know if I'll use U-Haul again.

You can train all employees how to use the uhaul system, I waited over 45 minutes just for them to get our information in the system and get us a truck!!!!
Have tried to get a refund on the furniture dolly and moving pads that were not with my truck, but I was charged for. Have talked with U-Haul customer service. Customer service said I had to process the refund when I turned the truck in. Personnel at drop off said I had to contact Customer service - no resolution from either party - just tell me I have to get my refund from the other party.
Took waaaaaay to long to pick up the equipment.
Make sure enough blankets are available.

Check-in was smooth and Alan was very friendly and thorough. The young man who hooked up the trailer and talked us through any trouble-shooting we might need to know was funny and efficient and very personable. (I'm sorry that his name escapes me.)

I called ahead to ensure a truck was available, upon picking up my truck it took 40 min to do the paperwork, it wasn't until Kevin ( asleep in the back room) came to the front was able to get my truck and the computers figured out I suggest you not accept an agreement by phone to rest out one of your truck if the staff left in the store ( untrained) upon a scheduled pick is the only one left on duty
The truck was dirty on the outside and the driver windshield wiper needed a new blade. The mirror on the side of the truck only moved to two positions, neither of which aided the driver. However, the service was friendly and swift.
These guys are the best and the service is excellent
