This location is excellent and the manager (Bill), extremely helpful. It also helped that today was my first time hiring when the computer system actually worked!, so I was in and out of the office (i had pre-filled my forms) in under five minutes. Great job

Raymond LI had completed my pre-arrival check list (driving licence etc), so expected an easy pick up, however m, for the second consecutive time, the Uhaul computers were not working properly, however, the Midguard virtual assistant was able to help and within a few minutes i was on my way. This is a great location, and as it’s also where my storage unit is located, minimised my driving time.
Michael HI first had an appointment at 6403 RT 64 in Lakewood ranch. Uhual website lists store as opening at 9 AM. However the office does not open until 10AM. Pick up was 830am. The app would not recognize my GPS location to proceed with pick up. Called customer service numerous times with no avail. The Rep finally said someone from the location was coming outside to help. About 930 an employee came to the door after knocking. Told me his computer system was down and could not help me. I made a reservation at the second location who was able to help only after a virtual agent informed the store manager to provide the key code.
Ken RI had an appointment to pick up the truck at 8 AM. I was greeted by someone that was virtual in the lobby. She was unable to help me and said I would need to come back at 9 AM when the property manager was there. I came back at 9 AM, now an hour behind schedule for a full day of moving. I asked the property manager why the delay. He just told me that it was due to a late return. However, the same vehicle that I rented was there at 8 AM, along with several others. Also, the truck had sand on both of the driver and passenger floor mats.
