Quick drop-off. They did call to verify that I didn't get a utility dolly but still charged the extra $1.00. I guess I need to call HQ to verify my credits.

I rented a week in advance and was told they did not have the truck I wanted at my storage unit location. I was called a few days before saying my truck is available but at a different location, I asked about the mile limog and the lady said she would add miles on since it was not my issue having tonuse miles to pick up a truck. My truck was not full of gas ao i took a picture, I returned the truck a few hours later (only had to go 30 miles) put gas in the truck and have a receipt to prove it with the picture of the gas guage. At the return I disputed the additional amount and was told a rep would call me which did not happen and then I was charged. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I can to avoid uhaul and you can keep the $10.58 since you needed it more then me.

Make sure all items on the rental reservation are available: The hand dolly I reserved was not available which resulted in more lifting on my part. Not good.

I was told fuel was full, but it wasn't by about 3-4 gallons. Fuel gauge indicated full but van took 5-6 gallons after 23 miles of driving. That type of van gets 11 to 16 MPG in town, not 4 to 5. Location refused to fully reimburse me for extra fuel I put in tank.

Representive told me aBout return location in Orlando, FL and knew I had to pick up a trailer from ACE Hardware. She marked a return location that doesn't take trailers but only trucks. The rep at 2212 S Chickasaw Trail in Orlando told me after I parked the truck and trailer in the Designated location behind the store as I was just about to drop the key in the box came out and said I can't take trailers here. Not a pleasant situation. Also I don't know why I was only given 130 miles on my agreement. .

I was not able to pick the truck up without having to go into the store as I had been lead to believe I would be able to do. I ended up having to wait for 20 minutes until the store opened and then the gentleman who was working was not given the key to the lockbox so I had to wait for the owner to come drop off the key. Even though I prefer-registered my info was not in the system so we had to do all that again. Then they didn't have a dolly as I had requested and I had to stop at another U-Haul store to pick it up. This all put me behind schedule buY over an hour.

You shouldn't need to provide driver's license, passport, and three different phone numbers. Plus the additional phone number that I had was a 787 area code (Puerto Rico) and they would not accept it. PR is part of the US, this is a domestic phone number, no need to exclude us from your system.

Customer service was excellent at the pick up/drop off location. The Van was dirty.. that is something that should have been Uhauls responsibility.

Equipment reserved was not available even though the reservation was made in person one week prior. I was not notified that the equipment reserved could not be provided. It was beyond ‘amateur hour' at this location.

I used the truck for 13 miles, but was charged for 4 gallons of gas. I tried to explain that seemed a little much, but never heard back from anyone.

I reserved a dolly plenty of time in advanced. No dolly was available. I then had to pay $40 to get a dolly. That's crap. When equipment is reserved it should be available. Also, no blankets or anything were provided like I have had with other companies.

Everything went well with the rental, associates were extremely helpful when we made contact. Brakes did squeak significantly , and pass that issue to the representatives. Overall however, had a nice experience.
