The location was fine, but my pick up location was supposed to be Campble Lane , NOT Cumberland Trace Road!! I went to Campbell Lane and they didn't know anything about my reservation, they gave me another address to go to down the road where my reservation was and there was NO UHAUL BUISINESS ANYWHERE!! We finally found the reservation at Super Eight on Cumberland Trace Rd. To say the least, it was a very stressful experience!!! The lady I spoke with that made the reservation for me kept talking over me and interrupting me, so it's no wonder things got screwed up.

I dropped off to a desk clerk at a hotel who scribbled my name down on a piece of paper. I'm not confident I was properly charged since I dropped the equipment off a day early.

I reserved a 6x12 trailer to meet my moving needs. I did the express check in before I traveled to pick up the trailer and it went smoothly. Upon my arrival at the destination, the U-Haul employee stated my trailer would not be availiable for a few hours and that I should’ve been contacted. However I was not contacted and due to time constraints I was forced to rent a 5x8 trailer. This caused me to make two trips costing more time and money.

Drop off location was a hotel. Front desk personnel told us hotel owner was unavailable and was the only person who could accept the return of the truck. Suggested we needed to come back. We left the truck anyway. Suggest hotel personnel be trained to accept return of equipment

Located less the a 1/2 mile from my home. Excellent service

helped with vehicle turn in. Due to the mishap with the furniture pads I was delayed checking out at this location. Very frustrating on UHAUL's part, as I called reservations and spend over 30 minutes on the phone with them to get this issue resolved on the original reservation day.

It was at a hotel, but the clerk said only her boss could check the truck in, and he wasn’t there. I dropped it off at 5:08pm the same day I used it. The receipt says 10:00 the next day. I wasn’t charged, but the info is not accurate.
