I reserved a 10 foot truck with a furniture dolly and an upright dolly. Upon arrival, they did not have the upright dolly I had requested. If I had know this, I would have used another location. The clerk doing the registration was unfriendly. I reserved the truck for 24 hours and the morning of the return, I was getting a phone call to not be late that they had back to back rentals. I had no intention of being late, but I also paid to have the vehicle up until the end of contract. Do not bother me to be on time when busy moving. Also, the truck did not have the amount of gas that was stated on the contract sheet. It was lower than noted. They had one truck on the lot and he couldn't get the gas documented correctly?? I will use another rental company in the future. Not impressed at all with my experience.

Luciano V.The workers were rude and not cooperative to my situation. I reserved a truck at a different location, but was relocated to this one, when I explained that this was an inconvenience to me, they didn't care all they would say was take an Uber. This location was out of my way. I called twice to change locations and both times the worker was rude.
