It took nearly an hr both on the pickup and return because initially my location couldn’t be determined and then the pictures I took of the truck kept getting rejected for whatever reason. This could have been a simple process.

SUSAN RomagnoliI reserved a 10 foot truck with a furniture dolly and an upright dolly. Upon arrival, they did not have the upright dolly I had requested. If I had know this, I would have used another location. The clerk doing the registration was unfriendly. I reserved the truck for 24 hours and the morning of the return, I was getting a phone call to not be late that they had back to back rentals. I had no intention of being late, but I also paid to have the vehicle up until the end of contract. Do not bother me to be on time when busy moving. Also, the truck did not have the amount of gas that was stated on the contract sheet. It was lower than noted. They had one truck on the lot and he couldn’t get the gas documented correctly?? I will use another rental company in the future. Not impressed at all with my experience.

I reserved a truck at a different location, but was relocated to this one, when I explained that this was an inconvenience to me, they didn't care all they would say was take an Uber. This location was out of my way. I called twice to change locations and both times the worker was rude.

Wanda NeeI feel sorry for the only person working there as he has many jobs to do and customers to serve. The phone is ringing and no one to answer it leads me to believe you don't care about customers requests/questions. The online ordering is very confusing and should not be the only way to reserve a truck. I reserved a truck for a 48 hour hold and when I went to book it I had to move to a bigger truck and the 800 u haul person was great to talk to on the phone but he checked 24 locations near where I needed and could not find a 15' truck. That's hard to believe. The inside of the truck was ok. The doors were creaking and no power window or power locks. That is hard to believe in this day and age you cannot provide a powered window and locks truck. You guys should not up sale all the extras like dolly's and blankets and get better trucks and roll the entire price into one cost that includes these options.

Michael DeGiorgioThe van has used trash remaining in both the cab and the back bed. I didn’t see any U-Haul sign anywhere on the property. It’s just some back lot. Wasn’t sure I was in the right place until I pulled around back and saw two u-haul vehicles sitting there.

KEITH LEVERETTEThere was one person working in a Saturday. Line was out the door. He had to check people in and go back to rental and help renters with their equipment as well. There need to be another person working, otherwise location would be fine to rent again. The latch on the door of my trailer got stuck when door was up. Latch/locking mechanism on trailer needs attention.

Bektas BalimGas gauge was broken. Upon pick-up, gauge said full. But when I filled tank before dropping it off the needle went 1/8-1/4 beyond full mark, resulting it my having to purchase more fuel than necessary.
