Manager is very cocky and full of himself. Definitely feels like UHaul is an after thought here, and the entire location looks very pieced together. Wouldn't go here again unless I had to. Find another Uhaul.

Robert S.This “U-Haul†location if you can even call it that did not have a light up sign that says U-Haul on the building or parking lot. When dropping the truck off at night all you see is Boca Box. Also this location did not have an Orange or any color Key Box to drop off the truck key. The only box that had a label U-haul had a lock code on it. This parking lot had a homeless person that was a dangerous and harassed us. And there was no lighting. Bill at this location called me today extremely rude asking why I locked the key in the truck. After explaining he had no key box, he was even ruder. This location clearly also needs spare keys for their trucks too, as Bill tried to threat to charge me for a lock smith. Avoid this location to do a truck drop off at all costs!!!

Jeremy S.No dollies, no blankets, no hand trucks. Despite reserving these items in advance, nothing was available and we didn't know until we arrived to pick up the truck. Ended up having to go elsewhere to buy the things we needed to assist with our move. Very frustrating.

Deborah S.The location was not correctly prepared for my One-way rental to Miami. It caused me a 1hr delay in my plans and lead to me rushing to arrive in time at my destination to unload before the loading bay was closed. In order to make that time I had to leave without all my daughter's belongings and now have had to order another van for 9/11 (different location) to return and collect the remainder of the load.

Brian H.Reserved a 10 foot truck online and when I came to pick it up they said they didn't have it and then tried to get me to rent a 15 foot for more money. We call that “Bait and Switch “ After persistent negotiations I did get a 10 foot truck that was actually parked out back. Terrible customer service!! At one point he said if I didn't want the 15' I was just out of luck.
Keith H.Keep vehicle parts such as tires well maintained/changed prior to renting, I had to contact roadside assistance to have a tire changed during my trip, which resulted in my waiting on the side of the road for over 2 hrs.

Louis B.I had the worst experience yesterday with UHAUL. I have rented a truck with you guys before but yesterday was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I made a reservation about a week in advance. The day before pickup no one called me to confirm. Therefore I called the location to try to confirm my truck rental would be available for a 8 am pick up. I arrived at the location and spoke with the assistant manager who told me that my truck was at another location and there was nothing else he could do. He sent me to a location 15 mins away and did not tell me that location didn't open until 9am. So I had to wait outside of the new location for 1 hour due to the store worker being late to open the location. This pushed my move in back all day. Once I go inside the new location and spoke with the worker about my reservation he acted at first as If I hadn't made a reservation at all. He then proceeded to tell me that last night the truck broke down and he wouldn't have any available trucks for me to take. That would of been nice to know the night before so i wouldn't have gone through all this trouble. After a long discussion the only option was for me to take a truck and deliver it back to the same location within hours. This was not my original plan and it completely messed up my whole move. I had the worst Experience and I will never come back tO UHAUL because of it.

Annette L.Make sure there's no food left in the truck for one thing. I'm pretty sure there was no inspection of the truck or if there was it was given a “swift glanceâ€. Also while driving through rain the cab leaked down the seatbelt, and this was no drip. My husband's shirt was soaked! You might want to address that ASAP. For the money you charge, the equipment should be in better condition.

I called at 11:25 am informing staff I may be little late and thats when I was informed. After all that I was charged $15 for gas. You guys are nitpicking.
