Called me before my scheduled time and asked where the truck was. After arriving was upset that I parked in the wrong space. He was also making remarks that I got a good rate on my 8 extra miles at .40cents from the Pittsburgh market when they charge a $1 a mile in his market. Did hot give me a final receipt because he was in to big of a hurry. Said he would email it to me and never did. Still waiting for a receipt............ Please
William M.Was not told there was a leak in the roof and my boxes got wet. When I returned he said yes can't fix it. I said it would have been nice to have been told that before I moved in the pouring rain and some of my stuff got soaking wet!!

jim M.Rented the truck for 9 miles. When I returned it, I waited for the person to inspect it and said its all good. I recieved a $25 bill and when I asked why he said it was dirty and muddy It was not evein raing that day. I will call corporate and file a complaiin. Dishonest outlet.
