The local Rep was Great. He helped me thru Resolving some FLAG issue that was placed on my account and delayed me by an hour, renting from his location. Apparently July 17, 2022 when I rented the same 6x13 trailer from morse rd location in columbus, when returning the vehicle there was a huge logjam of customers returning and renting which caused us to sit in line in parking lot. I asked what I needed to sign or complete for returning the trailer from the rep who went with us to unhitch the trailer in their desired spot and the answer was Nothing. The Problem arrises when UHAUL then Flags me because their system wasnt Notified that I returned the trailer. There was NOTHING on my account that stated I had any issues. My account showed the last rental returned, closed and paid. I did not know there was an issue until I was checking out the next rental and the had to wait on hold with corporate, which when all was done, delayed my schedule for our moving. I have used uhaul many times over the past 25 years and never a problem until this episode. I am a 58 year old IT consultant, who is patient and loyal. I think UHaul needs to review their computer system and returns, and how the system is communicating with customers. Example, send text immediately confirming the checkin and final billing charged.Anthony R.
