The right rear taillight did not work. I took it to the Noland rd facility for repair. they said it was fixed. while on the trip it failed again, we could not find anyone to fix it and had to delay our return until daylight costing us a day of rental fees. No one from the place I rented it from answered or returned my phone calls

When I think of clean is wiping down panels door ha does inside all knobs wiped down they was not wiped down so I used my wipes to wipe them down and the dash board and all

I am a 65 year old retiree. I maintain two homes one in Florida and one in Michigan. I have rented multiple items from you and Budget. I will be pursuing more rentals in the future. I was extremely disappointed in this last rental. The truck was quite scary to drive it shook at freeway speeds terribly. I honestly did not know if I would make the 900 mile trip. I will have to think about choosing you or Budget next time. I have always been loyal to U- Haul but I am not so sure anymore.
