Robert A.Let customers in advance know that you can not leave your vehicle at the facility even for the 12 hours i rented the truck. I had to drive the uhaul to my house and come back to pick up my car then go back to move. It's very inconvenient not knowing that before getting there. Otherwise the facility is great
