The after-hours pick-up process was frustrating. I got to the location on time but it took over 30 minutes to get the app to work properly and also needed a reference called to confirm my identity. The first time the call went through, nobody was on the other end so I had to use a different contact the second time, not allowed to use the same phone number and contact name twice. The truck I picked up had a quarter tank of gas. I filled it up and ended up making only two trips for my move with a total of about 99 miles driven. So the tank ended up with 3/4 leftover. I returned the truck a day early and with a half tank more than I received it but wasn't given credit for the extra gas.
