Carver creek was helpful in getting us on the road and fixing the major screw up caused by u haul. I wish there was a survey for U Haul along with this survey so I can explain. You have my email please feel free to email me directly if you want to hear how I feel about the company.
philip C.The process was simple and smooth until the return. There were many unexpected steps involved in returning the vehicle that were complicated on an older phone. Also there was no one at the drop off location despite the hours indicating that it would be open and therefore no one was available for assistance in the return process.
