i commented that the equipment was not clean because there was road salt all over the exterior and quite a bit of salt in the footwells of the interior. however, this truck was rented in the middle of a brutal cold spell and would have been impossible to clean under the circumstances. as for the truck's maintenance, it ran perfectly.

The trailer was not going to be at this location. I was being sent 20 min down the road for pick-up but since I checked on it the day before, the owner Bryan took his own vehicle and picked the trailer up that afternoon. He also opened his shop on Sunday morning by appointment so that I could pick up the trailer and get out of town before the huge snowstorm arrived. No where else could I have gotten better service. Thank you so very much.

Business normally opens at 9 am but needed the truck at 830 since I had helpers coming at that time.Not only did they open early but the truck was ready and paperwork was quick. Highly recommend.

I was extremely disappointed in this rental experience. I have rented from U-Haul many times before and have always been able to pick up the vehicle from my chosen site. this time despite 3 weeks notice and I had to go approx. 10 miles out of my way to pick up the vehicle. to make matters worse the supplies I ordered and paid for in advance were not available at this location and had to be picked up from my preferred location. this added about an hour of wasted time.

The truck was dirty when I picked it up the guy swept it out I swept it out and folded the pads before I dropped it off and was charged for cleaning by the drop off loc

Everything went well and smoothly I just wish they(U-Haul) would put on their advertising the $19.95 + taxes and milage then it would give people an idea of the final costs otherwise I was pleased.
