The staff member at the pickup location was pleasant and competent and was prepared for my arrival. The location itself was an old garage that gave me pause, but it was fine. Interesting you did not ask me if the pickup location was clean and inviting as you did the drop- off location.

Ken was very helpful and accommodating throughout the reservation and pick-up process. However, I did not appreciate being called at 7:40 on Monday morning, asking me if I had the keys to the truck. I put them in the orange Dropbox on Sunday night at 7:00 pm as instructed by Ken. Clearly, someone in that organization took them out as I did as I was told to do. I can't give five stars as this put a bad taste in my mouth.

The gas cap was broken and did not seal. Something I didn't know until after I was done with the uhaul and filling up to return. I was wondering why it sucked on gas so bad. Also your app for contact free delivery is horrible and has tons of issues. I'm glad they were open when I got there so I could deal with a live person.

We were delayed over 4 hours for the truck we were supposed to get. The gentleman I spoke with was very understanding but said there was nothing he could do. We also we promised a free trailer and did not receive it which means that we could not move all our things in this trip. We were very disappointed.

Clean food garbage out of doors.. we accidentally over- filled truck to above “ F “ Which was an entire quarter tank more than when we got it the person at the shop basically laughed when we asked for our overage in some form or another he simply said U-Haul does not pay for our mistakes I thought it was ignorant I thought it was rude and I cannot believe nothing was able to be done I will never rent there again nor recommend anybody to do so either

i commented that the equipment was not clean because there was road salt all over the exterior and quite a bit of salt in the footwells of the interior. however, this truck was rented in the middle of a brutal cold spell and would have been impossible to clean under the circumstances. as for the truck's maintenance, it ran perfectly.
