Only one employee to run the Ace Hardware and checkout Uhaul truck. Asked for Pocatello pickup and no one informed us it would be in Blackfoot.
Kelli A.The uhaul agent couldn't be found for more than 20 minutes. The store repeatedly paged for him, but no response. After the agent was found, the trailer electrical was found to be damaged. This took another 35 minutes before I stepped in and fixed the problem. All in it took almost a full hour to get our trailer and be on our way. I have rented uhaul many times and this was absolutely my worst most unprofessional experience yet.

My reservation had already been changed by Uhaul so that I had to drive an extra hour round trip to pick up the correctly sized van, and I had a lot of people waiting for me to help me load. They were dismissive of my issue.
