Truck was not well maintained, alignmentwas off, front passengerside bearing was making noise. Fuel only had 1/8 of a tank. Tag said inside city only as they knew there was issues with the truck. Computer was down on pickup and employee did not inspect vehicle before giving me the keys. Drove only 19 miles and put 5 gallons in. Was then charged $30 fuel service fee and an additional 6 gallons of gas for another $31. Completely unacceptable.

When I returned the truck, the process went very quick. She was very nice to work with and gave helpful information for future returns or rentals at this location.
