The staff at this location was 10/10. Super friendly and made the whole process easy. Only downside is you can’t park your own car in the parking lot. You have to park on the side streets in BH which has tricky hours/rules/permit zones.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe mileage on the truck was 155,000 - way too much for a rental. The passenger side sideview mirror was loose and vibrated, the rear roll up door got stuck twice, and the front headlamps provided limited light. Plus, I was charged a $25 cleaning fee because I did not provide photos of the interior when I returned the truck, even thought the interior was clean. That is a bullshit policy!
Marc ROnly issue I had was there was no lock to rent or purchase so I had to drive somewhere in LA where I thought I could park the truck (i.e. non-parking structure) and run in to buy a lock. Would be helpful if locations offered those to purchase.
