Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulUntil employees are trained appropriately and are able to issue and receive equipment correctly they should not leave untrained employees by themselves. (I felt bad for Pete because he was getting the brunt of my frustration.) The excuses I received was that the guy that was in charge had health issues/appointments and that’s why things were so hectic. Trust me I can empathize with the situation but if you can’t effectively take reservations then you should wait until people are trained. Just to summarize my experience on the day of pick up It took over an hour to receive the trailer. Bell Tires couldn’t issue it to me so the expectation was that I was going to just sit and wait until the guy who could got back from a doctors appointment. I ended up calling U-Haul support and they issued it over the phone. Then drop off was the same. I had to call support for three days for the equipment to get checked in! Mind you I already knew it was going to be infuriating because when I was waiting, the day I was picking up, a gentleman pulled up and said “hey that’s the truck we dropped off 2 days ago and it’s still not checked in” 🤦♀️

Layne HThe ramp on the first truck was broke as soon as we pulled it out. Had to go get 2nd truck and the ramp broke while trying to unload the uhaul. We had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for someone to show up to fix it. Then we had to help the guy fix it
