This was really bad and I am very much disgusted. I rented a cargo van and a furniture dolly for 24 hours and I was charged double. I returned them during the business hours, the worker was the same guy who signed me up, he recognized me, asked if I put gas (which I did) and said "Then you can just give me the key and go." The rental was closed 14 hours later and doubled the daily charges for van and dolly. When I went back to ask why, there was another guy who said that I returned them after hours, not as the time, but because I didn't give the other guy enough time to check them, so "he just had to leave the key in a box for the morning shift". When I ask asked if this is normal, he said grinning: "This is called business". For $30?!?.... Just disgusting. :(
