Convenient location near our home, efficient process to rent the truck we used. The combination of U-haul's web site and a friendly staff made this a very good experience. The truck itself was ready, clean and easy to drive. Good A/C too. Renting from U-haul was more cost effective than renting a truck for the home center. While their advertised cost is low, the clock would have been running while we made our purchase, drove home, unloaded and then a return trip.

Truck was dirty in cab an in the box the manger was rude who rented the truck to me

Cheryl KI was overcharged on the mileage. I absolutely DID NOT drive 65 miles in the rental truck. We drove to my home 2 miles always and then 10 miles to my daughter’s new apartment complex. We then drove straight back to drop the rental truck, which is less than 10 miles from there. I advised I would drive 30 miles in the truck and that’s what we did. We dropped the truck off a little after 9:30pm, not 3:15am, handing the keys directly to an employee. We asked if they wanted to come check it out or if we needed to do anything else. We were told no. Then I get an invoice for 65 miles, which is impossible. This is not ok. The employees were kind and that is a positive. The location is also conveniently located.
Yashica JOnly one person at a busy gas station. Everyone in line went before me. The young lady literally rang them up first and made me wait. It was a 15-20 minute process to get out the door. The worse pickup experience I’ve ever had to get a u- haul
