When I stopped the truck, Krissy(name in receipt) came out quickly. She was friendly and even pointed out the truck was gross, and it was unacceptable. However. When she saw the fuel level, she said U-Haul was going to charge me 14 dollars for fuel. Even though I just topped it off 3/4 down the road. The line was again on the top of the white line. Not on F. So I knew this was going to come up. I even showed her a picture of the fuel gauge from when I picked it up. I still got charged $14 for fuel even though the truck was completely topped off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if I know that could happen to them too.Dylan C.

Will never rent from uhaul again! Problem after problem. It was $30 more expensive than my online quote. Then when i went to pick up my reservation at 10am the business was closed and not open till noon. Then i actually overfilled the gas from what was in it before i picked it up. I put too much gas in it but cant exactly take it out so my loss right. Then i go to drop the truck off and there are 4 trucks in the drop off line before me. Guy at the counter said it would be over an hour before he could check my truck in so i just left the keys. I should have stayed because i got charged an additional $9 for gas!!! Wtf??? If anything y'all should refund me my whole trip for the extremely bad experience!justin M.

Better customer service is my primary reommendation. I rented a truck that I never used because the check engine light came on. I called roadside assistance and it took about an hour for me to reach an actual person. I explained the problem and the lady I talked totold me to drop the uhaul off at a Uhaul location. I nevet used it because of the engine light problem. I tried to explain all of this to the man at the return location and he ignored me. I got no esponse from him. But i will be calling in this complaint to customer service soon.JOSEPH M.
I understand the trailers are not the easiest to move about in but it would be nice to pick up a trailer where my sneakers didn't stick to the floor.FRANK K.

I don't necessarily have any qualms with the physical location. I am however, upset that when I got to the drop off location they told me I could have saved $50 by returning it here instead. The website explicitly stated that it would be cheaper to return to the Cle Hts. location so I'm a bit confused and annoyed.JADE W.

Don't panicked or do extra charges uhaul shut my account down I had no money for a month the hold did not put money back they couldn't get in touch with Mr John Lambert to resolve these charges not authorized.They exhausted my funds and card I had for twenty years , pain and suffering, I been a valued Customer for years. I would not ever trust uhaul again. BBB was notified my attorney will be next it was horrible this matter has taken a month uhaul won't release money holding matters up. The woman that worked Sunday evening was rude to me . She blamed me when it's was totally Uhaul's negligence I'm just feeling a little bit better but this has to stop today.You will get ur money at the end of rental stay the hell out of peoples accounts.I didn't authorize u taking out serveral payments.This is Sick poor service hire people to pick up the phones at least. Plus it takes to long over a hour what if I was in a accident and can't get thru. Called Corporate they were no help twice so get ur weight up uhaul you guys suck u know who u are.YOLANDA A.

Rental was due back at 1pm, the furniture store took longer than expected, I got a call at 1:04pm(as I'm turning in parking lot) from the white guy at the U-Haul and he said â€œoh I wanted to make sure you didn't get in an accidentâ€(4 minutes??/time stamped on my IPhone). Next I thought put the tank where it was(I took before and after gas gage pic) and was just off by one short line and was charged $6 and some change by the black guy, I showed him my before and after pic of gas gage and he said that's what the calculator said(????). Getting a call at 4 minutes and being overcharged for 1 short line, I am very disappointed for how I was treated. TheMarisa P.
The van that I received on the inside was very clean but the outside the wheels were full of mud and if somebody got stuck in in her something I don't know but I tried to take pictures of it but it's not necessary you still the service was good and I appreciate you guys we had a hard time finding the key drop yesterday but overall very good service I will be back. But We had a terrible time after getting there I ain't trying to work through the website the website kept rejecting the photos that we sent and when we get to the button and try to submit the Wi-Fi would disconnect and so that part was frustrating when he's out there for about an hour because I only found the Dropbox and so the rest is history. But you guys giving me that rental I want you to know that there was some people in the Lee Harvard area I gave Outreach yesterday and folks were blessed if it had not been for that U-Haul truck to bring my equipment over to the shopping center it would have took place so I thank God and I thank you for the rental and you guys takecare I saw the receipt afterwards I end up putting almost $30 worth of gas in there so I filled it up I can think of and I guess my sister said it had 7/8 of a tank so if you guys need the receipt from that just let me knowBrandon D.
