We scheduled the pickup at a convenient location. We got the follow-up call to confirm our reservation and they rattled off an address (same road and city as preferred location, but several miles away). I assumed the address (same road and city) was the location I had selected during reservation. Fast forward to our pickup... we show up at the location I had chosen and there was no truck. I called to see what went wrong, could hardly hear the agent (maybe she had a bad headset, it sounded choppy and quiet and had an echo) and got transferred to the regional scheduling agent (or some title like that). She was rude and instead of kindly correcting the address error, she was condescending and insistent that everything was my fault (I take accountability for not double checking the address numbers, but I do blame bad communication and an unclear reservation process as well). She was so awful that I donâ€™t see myself using UHAUL anymore. She truly tainted an otherwise fine experience (the UHAUL location itself was great).

Wasn't quite clear where to stop the returning truck. A small "stop here" sign would be very helpful. The staff was excellent and.very helpful!

Making a reservation on the Website is kind of time-laboring. Or maybe itâ€™s just me. But other than that, pick-up/drop off was smooth. I donâ€™t quite get the replacement of the gas as opposed to filling it up though.

Overall customer service was sub par! The agent had horrible customer service and did not speak highly of the services offered. It was the porter (assistant) who actually answered all of my questions about the services offered and needed.

The entire experience was horrible from the very beginning to the end. I tried to call the direct line to confirm my reservation but to my surprise the phone rang twice, there was a brief silence and the phone hung up. I called back a few more times and the same thing kept happening. When I arrived there were only 3 customers ahead of me and I waiting almost an half hour just to get to the front counter and wait some more. The two gentlemen working the cash registers seemed to be overwhelmed. Their customer service was unpleasant, nonchalant and dry. Originally, the clerk tried to give me a 15' truck with 1/4 tank of gas. I had to request another truck with more gas. After completing the transaction, he showed me where the truck was however I noticed that the other customers before me trucks were pulled up to the front door by the other clerk. The clerk that I handled my reservation didn't pull the truck up to the front door and there was a very large visor left inside the windshield window and he didn't even remove it! It was very unprofessional! I also had trouble completing the return process. I was not made aware that I had to log online and take pictures of the odometer or gas mileage before returning the keys. I had trouble finding the "Key Drop" as well because the clerk didn't tell me where it was in the first place. It's in an awkward place on a garage door with a "Custom Hitch" sign on it. I had to call the Customer Service line and let the representative no what happened as far as me nor being able to complete the return process and not receiving good customer service overall. She offered me a $25 credit towards a future reservation. I explained to her that I would like a deduction or rebate on the transaction that I completed. Honestly I've never had such an horrible experience with any other Uhaul location! I seriously doubt that I'll make plans to use Uhaul again in the future. I tried to call again this morning hoping to clear things up and once again the phone continued to ring, the line went silent for a few seconds and hung up. I don't know if the phone lines there are messed up or the clerks are picking up the phone and hanging up. Either way it's not a good look for this location and Uhaul. I had to call Customer Service again this morning to get an itemized receipt because I couldn't get through on the phone lines to that location. I'm highly disappointed with this experience.

11.9.2019 Had my belongings in storage for almost 2 months. The day we moved out the bathroom did not have toilet paper and there was a pair of Jean's left on the floor. And there was some items left in the loading dock from another unit but overall this place was deceit. They had plenty of flat beds to use. My items where not damaged from water or rodents. They even had a mouse trap set inside my unit.. I'm guessing all units. Which I appreciate! When it came time to pay for the truck, the gentleman took care of me right outside by the truck.. I didn't have to go back inside. I would use them again. And the staff was pleasant.

I asked for a dolly and he didnâ€™t put one on the truck. VERY huge inconvenience for me. I honestly wanted a refund. I had to take more trips and waste more gas than expected because of this.

Drop off is a breeze when they do it on their phones. This is a new location and has the best of everything. Originally U-Haul wanted me to drop off the truck and trailer at a location in Garfield Heights, I believe to be the Marathon station on Turney Road. This place did not have enough room for the truck and trailer I rented. I knew this place was over three miles from my house where the Rockside road location is just a mile and had plenty of room.

I had a difficult time getting my truck because they had me and my daughter account mixed up but there was a young lady that was kind enough to be rectify the problem. Mike who took care of me was very professional. But he forgot to unlock my storage unit which meant I couldn't drop off my belongings nor the truck .But overall I think I would be definitely consider this location again. We are all human and things happen.??
