Check engine light was on. Front tire low. Took $14.00 of gas to fill up and only drove 30 miles!

The truck needed serious work. It shook and rattled like something from the turn of the last century. The headlights were so dim I could barely see. When it started to rain the wipers just smeared the rain into a blurry mess. The brakes in that truck were shot. If I hadn't needed to get my load moved that day I would have demanded a better truck.

It had been pouring the rain all day and when I called to say I would return the UHAUL no more than hour late they said I would be charged for a whole other day. The only reason I decided to return to this location was because the salesperson said it would be cheaper. Poor customer service. I will not use on the future.

Customer Service skills are lacking and had an overall negative impact/perception on the office. The lady that I worked with apparently has another job, so she appeared to not care and had an attitude when I came in the office. Finally... office computer problems. I have rented from this facility before yet no information was/has ever been saved...According to the sales clerk, which may an uncomfortable customer experience even worse

I reserved my truck at 1:45 but I asked the manager if I could take it at 6 and return it at 6 the following day. She said "sure no problem". And when I brought it back the following day, she was very rude and disrespectful. However, she charged me for two days. Unhappy experience.

I also rented a furniture dolly( it was REALLY HELPFUL!) . Unfortunately, I forgot to check to see if I had it when I left rental location. So I went back for it. I feel there should have been a slight adjustment in my mileage charge since the salesperson never gave me the dolly while I was there originally, and I was about seven or eight miles away when I realized I didn't get a dolly. Otherwise, everything else was absolutely excellent. Service, products, equipment---all top shelf. Couldn't find a thing to complain about.

When we picked it up, the man said the tank was a "notch under half" and that we could return it the same. When we went to return it, the woman said it had to filled to half and we had to drive to a gas station to fill up 2 gallons or we'd be charged $15. She was rude and told us to take a picture of the tank next time.

Have the online website actually send the complete vehicle, drivers license, license plate, towing system info and other requested data actually sent to the U-Haul store where the credit card reserved equipment will be picked up. My understanding of entering all that information online was so I wouldn't have to recite all of that information again inside the store, saving me time and adding a layer of protection to my privacy by all the needed information already being loaded into the order form at the store. It didn't take long, and I really wasn't worried about my privacy inside the store, but I sure did run around a bunch gathering all the details to enter them into the forms on the website so I wouldn't have to do it at the store. So, my time was not wasted at the above location - my time was wasted on the website! Isn't that the exact opposite of the intended purpose of gathering all the information in advance on the website?
