You motorcycle trailer is TOO high, it tore off the custom lighting on the bottom of my 2001 Road King. Than when I called to complain I was told it's my fault for not measuring. That since they didn't load it that they aren't responsible. So I will make sure every biker I ever talk to I tell them to never use your â€˜motorcycle' hauler. I'm just lucky that's all it did to my bike. But now I'm out at least $200 to have lights replaced.. so extremely upset and disappointed, never again.David B.

The company needs to significantly improve the internet or system. 3 out of four times the system has been slow or not working. I planned to move my household items into storage. When I returned with the truck the computer system was down. I had to return my stuff to the garage and return the truck without storing it because they could not compete a rental agreement for storage. This was a huge inconvenience to me. I had this window of opportunity planned, before leaving on a business trip. When I return from my trip, I have one day with other commitments before leaving for my wedding. This is not a way to conduct business and placed the staff in a very awkward situation. â€”MarvMarvin D.
The Chippewa location is in a great, convenient location and offers a lot of great storage and moving options. All staff was friendly and professional, and the rate for my equipment was very fair. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs storage of moving help.Charles R.

This place is a complete rip-off. I got a quote on the U-Haul website for a car hauler. I called this location to check on this item being on property because I've had terrible experiences with U-haul scheduling me for items that weren't were they were supposed to be. Long story short and showed up for the trailer they billed me for almost twice what the website quoted for the trailer. I despise dealing with U-Haul and wish there was another option.THOMAS J.

Needed a good sweep out, but other than that, the trailer was in good condition. The standout of my experience though was dealing with Trish. She was polite and knowledgeable, and put me at ease about my first trailer rental. She made sure to hook everything up and double check it for me, and gave me a few pointers to help me on the road. 10/10 would rent from here again based on her alone.Donald H.

I watched a news report on the cleanliness of some of the vehicles available for rent at other facilities(these were in relation to New York outlets). I wanted to say, I rent these vehicles on a fairly often occasion for my job to haul items. I have never witness any dirty vehicles and they are always clean and I honestly feel safe renting from this facility. During this Pandemic, it is a trying time for everyone, and I want to state that I will continue to use this facility and feel safe that they are taking the proper precautions to provide a safe experience for all clients. Check-in was a little different because several people were returning at the same time so the agent didn't have time to "clear me" in person, but they e-mailed me my receipt and there were no unexpected charges, so it turned out OK.THOMAS R.
