We did report issues to Phil when we dropped off vehicle. engine light was on & we smelled oil. but we will use Battle Creek Rental always for our rentals. This Covid-19 has really put a damper on things but my transition in getting the truck was smooth with Phil. He was great. We love Jeff & Phil. they are great friendly guys.

Horrible attitudes, payment processing SLOWWWW, took 3 1/2 weeks for me to get my deposit back. My Betsy first and LAST time ever using uhaul for ANYTHING! I would NOT recommend uhaul in Battle Creek!

Please make sure vehicle is checked in properly. I was charged a fuel fee after I filled the tank to the spot on my contract. I had to call Uhaul corporate, which didn't do anything for me so I contacted the local business and they took care of problem immediately

The mobile pick up was horrible. When scheduling it said that location wouldn’t be open until 9am so I picked mobile pick up for 8am. That location was open at 8am and the mobile pick up took much longer than it would’ve with human interaction. While waiting for the “approval” I messaged the chat box twice and received no reply. It took 15 minutes for everything to be “approved”. I would never recommend the mobile system.

My local U-Haul guys are awesome. Always helpful and courteous. What i am NOT happy about is U-Haul's new policy requiring a DIGITAL COPY OF MY DRIVER'S LICENSE being uploaded to the U-Haul site. Sorry, but NOT HAPPENING. I already have to deal with hackers getting my credit card information, I don't need them getting a digital copy of my personal identification. If this policy doesn't change, you will lose at least one customer.
