Overall cleanliness of the rental unit was a bit below what I would expect. The back had some small pieces of cardboard and styrofoam in it. The counter person was very pleasant and courteous to work with.
Bryan TI can't believe you charged over $100 for me to use a truck for less than 3 hours!!! Your mileage charge is ridiculous! I used to rent U-Haul for all my rental needs (and there have been many, just look up my phone number and you'll see how many times I've used U-Haul), but never again!

matthew nBattle Creek Rental Equipment is an outstanding facility to rent Uhauls from. I have rented both trucks and trailers over the past few years and have never had any issues with either of their professionalism and courtesy. There is plenty of space to safely move/return the equipment and the staff is very knowledgeable. I will continue to use this location for my uhaul needs and would highly reccomend them for anyone!
Sheyney BInspecting the trucks closer. While driving it the truck kept drifting to the right so I had to my whole drive I had to hold the steering wheel to the left. Also the truck was missing the gas cap.

Bruce CUHaul as a whole has been a complete shit show for this transaction. From the moment I booked the reservation almost immediately I had issues. They called me to tell me they didn't have the truck available that the computer system allowed me to reserve at the Olivet, MI location. They indicated that I would have to drive an extra 15+ miles each way to another location in Battle Creek, MI, I asked them to try to find a different solution. They said that they would see what could be done and call me back in a few days. On Wednesday November 22nd they said that there was a truck available at the Olivet location that was 5' longer than the truck i reserved but they wouldn't reserve it for me for the original price. I accepted this solution. On the day of my move November 25th just a couple of hours prior to the time I was supposed to pick up the truck I received a call that the truck i was supposed to pick up in Olivet had not been returned. I was offered a $50 satisfaction guarantee that I was told had been credited to the truck. And when I asked about the extra 30+ miles (round trip as its about 15 miles each way) at $0.99 per mile, I was told that I could be credited for those miles as well once I returned the truck. I got the truck in Battle Creek expecting credits to be applied and was fine with the initial hold amount of $155.18 especially since I expected $80 of that to be returned upon the return of the truck. When I returned the truck it had just a hair less gas then when I picked it up, considering I had to drive an extra 30 miles I figured that would be okay. No, of course not. I was not only charged for 2 gallons of gas at almost $9 but also additional miles. And have still as of 11/30 still not received any credits. You have overdrafted my bank account now because you've charged over $203.98 and continue to have an additional hold of $48.80 on my bank account. So a truck rental that should have been around $150, has cost me over $200 to UHaul and im going to have a minimum of two overdraft fees at $25 each. All of this less than a month before Christmas and at a time when I'm trying to come up with the money to move because our apartment complex has priced us out of our apartment by raising the rent over $400 a month. I'm honestly absolutely upset and feel like your reservation system is an absolute SCAM.

Betheny PEverything really well. Your downfall was the lady that called me to tell me that I was 25 minutes late to pickup the truck. I was delayed at my office. I do not need some person who lacks a customer service attitude to call me and let me know that I hadn't picked the vehicle. I have never received such a rude phone call in my life. The person didn't understand how to be effective and nice. She clearly didn't have any training in how to effectively find out some information that was needed for UHaul. David BI was no a fan of using my phone to take a picture of ID when you have employee take a picture with a pad of trailer hook up, that could be used to take pictures of Id.
STANLEY HI have had several interactions with this location, all were good except this one. The truck had very little fuel in it, I only drove it about 2 miles before the gas light came on. I pumped $40 into the tank, and drove it to the apartment I was moving out of. Upon coming back to the truck, I realized it was leaking fuel from a hole in the tank, that had been previously repaired.I called the rental shop and left a message. After the truck was loaded I drove it to the house I just purchased where it continues to leak onto my asphalt driveway. I am not sure what damage the gas has done to my driveway at this point. I never received a callback from the rental shop, so I called again with no answer a second time.
Russell MI took it in a day early. There was nobody there they were already closed I tried to clean it out the best that I could drop my key off.

Anthony KThe gentlemen that is always there was very nice, accommodating and professional! We have no complaints about the customer service that we always receive. As soon as we pulled out and got to the stop light our trailer lights were flashing and then they eventually went out for a short period and then back on. Very satisfied with our service.
