Was not told about online area to dispute gas. Gas was not where it was said to be. I went 15 miles.and put in 2.5 gallons of gas which put it back to where it was, just below half. But because paper said half o spent another 13 dollars.for not bringing gas back.to right spot. Was also told.milage was .59 and it was .79 manager was no help in fixing the issues or offering any compensation.

Many concerns about driving a 23 foot vehicle. They adjusted mirrors for me. It did smell of smoke so they had windows down. That's much better then an air freshener since I'm allergic

When I arrived to pick up my truck this morning the temperature outside was -2°. I was extremely happy to find out that the truck was running sitting there waiting for me all warmed up. I just made the reservation online at 7:30 PM The night before. To me that was above and beyond. Thank you very much.

when asking for a truck to move appliances and renting an appliance dolly they should have given me a truck with a ramp no ramp caused considerable damage to the appliances. not happy and the truck got stuck in three inches of snow ridiculous. the light switch for the headlights was somewhere fallen into the dash. Not Happy.

When I picked the van up, both side view mirrors and side windows were full of road grime from the last use. The least they could have done was clean those windows and mirrors before giving me the key. The inside of the van, cab and cargo area, was clean.

I personally have rent a vehicle from this shop in the last year , all four times I have used my debit prepaid card. This card is my paycheck. Now I understand there is an issue w said card put all four times they worked around it all four times my Bill was paid in full by said card. I have always brought back vehicals back clean and full of gas. Well today I was denied use of my money I was told my card was no good so my money's no good so basically I've worked all week for nothing. Had you not excepted my card (my money) in past I wouldn't be so upset but you had. Today you ruined my plans I made with my wife for over a month now my card has always paid and my money has always been good. The customer wasn't bad or wrong the customer service and company are u-haul failed. I will no longer be using u-haul for anything. Those plans you ruined was a gift to my wife who's health hasn't been the best, she's finally feeling better and can go do things but her husband's money is no good. Never again ever

Our customer service girl(can’t remember her name) was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. I returned my rental around 1910(they close at 1900) and the website to do the return wasn’t working. The customer service girl was leaving the building and helped us finalize our return even though she was done with her shift. She was awesome!

Check the trucks before leaving. I left at 5 am sat morning was put three hours behide from Bangor getting to Ct. So that put us back in Bangor at 11pm then still to Lincoln a hour away . Not a happy camper at all . All I got was I’m sorry.

The padlock on the truck was stuck; I had to hit it with a hammer to open it. The instructions for pick-up were confusing; it took nearly 30 minutes to figure out where everything was, and get on my way. Clearer instructions would have been helpful.

The truck I had needed an oil change, the oil was black and the oil monitor on the dash said there was only like 2 - 3 % oil life, new tires because the ones on it were damn near BALD, and me and my sister had to sweep out the back of the truck box

Truck was dirty as hell inside and out. I paid $37 dollars at the start, returned the truck and came close to $60. You advertise $19 a day then ends up being almost 3 times that much. I call that dishonest, deceptive, and fraudulent. Very disappointed!!

I was charged over price as to what I was quoted .I don't agree with you all taken debt cards and charging what you like at the end and store was under staff the girl that was there was exceptional. Very pleased with her professional attitude for being by herself.

I asked for a 20’ truck to be ready at 7:30 on Saturday 11/09 and I would return Sunday. I arrived at the location around 8:00 and was told that my reservation was for 12:30 and there was nothing they could do. They also stated I would be getting a 15’ instead of a 20’. I arrived at 12:30 to pick up my reservation and they stated that it would need to be returned by 9:00 the following day, which did not give me the time I needed effectively use this rental. The staff seemed unprofessional stating it was not their fault, they didn’t change my reservation and picking up personal calls while waiting on customers. I will most likely not use uhaul I the future due to this experience.
