I left my ez pass in the rental, called and asked if they had possibly found it, called again after two days, and still have not got a call back. I understand it was not their responsibility that I left it, but not to call back. The extra days I waited to cancel the ez pass cost me extra money, I have rented 3 in the last 4 months, I probity will not rent another.

Jim GThis was not the location we were supposed to pick up we ordered the truck in Bangor ME. but the day before we were supposed to pick up Bangor texted to say we would have to go to Newport to get the truck, which was very inconvenient for us, we had to travel 38 miles to pick up the truck and then back 38 mile to start are move when the Bongor people should have got the truck for us. This cost us extra for mileage we would not have driven for this truck because your agent in Bangor could not do his job and get the truck for us. The agent at the Newport pick up was very kind and understanding to us

Stanley MThe person was 15 minutes late, gave me a truck with with less than 1/16 of a tank of gas in it, no moving blankets like I paid for and requested in advance, and was generally unpleasant. She specifically told me to return the truck with at least what was in there for gas. I did that, and was later penalized for it. That is some fucking bullshit and you all should be ashamed of it.
