The young kid at the counter acted as if he didn't want to be there. He took pictures of my DL on his personal phone without even explaining what he was doing. He had me sign something and then left to hang out in the garage area. Didn't say what to do or where to meet. There are other UHauls in Austin.

The customer service person, sky, was very indifferent. I understand that the truck had to be swapped out with another truck and I’m OK with that but there were points in the process where she asked me questions like oh is this the location where you want to drop it off I asked her what the address was just to confirm and she said I don’t know. Not willing to look it up or anything she simply said “oh you picked the location”. Sky wasn’t very helpful and it was quite annoying that she was putting the onus on me, as the customer, to answer some of her questions that she should know by looking in her own system. Her attitude was a careless attitude as well. I mean she acted as if she could care less whether I did business with U-Haul or not. Very frustrating dealing with Sky!

I rented the truck at 2pm for a 24 hour period. Received text that the truck was to be returned at 1pm. Drop location closed at 2pm. Called drop off location at 1:15 pm to let them know that I would be there at 2:30. Asked them to return my call and did not get a call back. I was charged $60 an extra day when I only went over by 30 minutes. I don’t think I should have been charged for the extra day. I am very upset with the extra day charge. I have used used other uhaul’s that have given me an extra hour at no charge. Hope this issue will be remedied ASAP.

Would not accept the return or call the Blanco facility. Made my friend wait around 45 minutes while I was on hold waiting to resolve the issue. The regional office said they couldn't do anything and referred me to National Service, this after about 15 minutes on hold. Finally the Blanco office got in touch with the Slaughter lane office. They were nice enough to wave any additional fees in compensation.

It took a long time for help returning the equipment. I thought having the receipt emailed would be quick and efficient, but I did not recieve it until more than 48 hours after I returned the trailer.

The process to rent was very slow. Equipment I was given to rent was not even checked in so it had to be checked in before I could rent it. Very slow.

Location and staff were very helpful. UHaul needs to install a jack of some kind on their trailers! Once you start loading your towing vehicle and the trailer are married until you unload.

I was there at 5.30 am to try get the rental ASAP, it didn t work because the app , was not working properly . then I was asked by a chat person for another number , so I gave my wife's and Uhaul called her. Well at first she didn t answer , she was sleeping at 5.50 am. Uhaul didn t tell me that to complete the process they were calling that number to confirm I don't know what, when I took multiple pictures of my self and drivers license because It was not working wright. On top of that , the 10' truck had 30 PSI difference between front left tire and front right tire . So I had to wait for the lot guy to fill the tire up. All and all I left the yard at 6.30 . An hour later. Not the best experience.

The only complaint was the headlights on the truck were so dim, you couldn't even tell they were on. I notified the associate when we dropped of. Other than that, it was a worry and hassle free experience.

Substantial discrepancies were found from what I was quoted to what I paid. This is very disappointing as I will be sure to write this review on all internet platforms. The staff could not attest to why this issue happened. Which is another why this is very disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location.

Got there early morning. Was checked in and on my way in 15 minutes. Truck was clean, good tires, in good condition. Manager checked me in. Courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. Only drawback, I hate Austin traffic.

Only item of concern was the trailer had no license plate. It was obvious the plate had been installed using plastic zip ties and not screws or bolts. No trouble on the trip, though I could have been stopped and ticketed by police.

The gentleman was extremely helpful knowing my vehicle sustained damage from the uhaul equipment and did everything he could to help with the offload knowing my car would suffer damage again on the way down.

It's best practice in the business world to make every customer feel and believe they are of primary concern and that they have the undivided attention of each employee. Sometimes employees are trying to multi task too much at the wrong time. The employee should avoid this and give undivided attention to the customer.

What is the point of doing an online express when I’m required to make two trips inside and provide all the same identity and card information as I otherwise had provided online. They were generally rude and un-accommodating; will not go back nor recommend. Ben White location much better and faster out the door.
