More personal response from location rented from. Misplaced my car keys and couldnâ€™t get a response to see if I had left them on counter at original contract. Overall... it was my fault but could not reach anyone at site.

The staff was very informative and patient which helped put me at ease during a move, which is generally stressful. The UBox had a buncha bugs which I didnâ€™t love but se la vie.

We were told to use the online return process when we checked the truck out. We returned the truck at 4pm on Saturday and there was a line of folks doing in person returns (which we werenâ€™t expecting because the posted hours show the place closes at 1:30)... we parked next to similar trucks, used the online return process and when we dropped the keys in the drop box we were yelled at by a heavy set Latino man that â€œyou need to go get the keys and put them in the truck because Iâ€™m really busy hereâ€... we said no, we put them in the Dropbox and he yelled â€œjerksâ€ and then proceeded to go immediately get the truck and get in it and starts to move the truck - blocking our path out.... luckily there was another parking lot nearby I could drive around him.

I received a bill today for 3 days. I asked for 12 hours. I only had it two. I returned when I was supposed to and was chArged a after hours servive fee. It was returned before 4pm like it was suppose to be.

Used phone reservation and could not find truck on the lot. Counter help was reluctant to assist "we don't handle phone pickups". Another younger man at the counter assisted us and very courteous. Used phone res for convenience but it wasn't. Also on checkin had to walk inside to get printed receipt. Looks like UHaul is saving time for the staff, not the customer

I rented a cargo van and returned in the same day during store hours. A staff member told me to just leave the key in the van. But two days later, I got an email receipt stating that I was being charged for two extra days plus $20 after hours service fee!!! I called to ask about this, a lady picked up the phone and told me somebody will call me back. I was waiting for about 5 hours but nobody called. I ended up going to the store to complain. They said they would reimburse me, but when I checked they just reimbursed the two extra days fee, and I still got charged for the $20 after hours service fee. Such a terrible experience I had to deal with.

No problem with the location But your mobile website would not let me enter 0s in the mileage, so I was not able to check out over the website on my phone. You are a national company with thousands of locations, I feel that your website should work and you should pay for better programmers.

Entry into the lot off of the access road is confusing

Front desk rep told me to drive return trailer to the back and a rep would greet me. I drove to the back and couldnâ€™t find anyone even though I was shouting if anyone was here. I went back to front desk and again he told me he would radio person out back. I again went out back and didnâ€™t see anyone. A guy finally came around and was not at all friendly and told me I needed to drive the trailer to him. He must have been having a bad day and I inconvenienced him. He didnâ€™t thank me but only told me I would get receipt in an email.

Tried using â€˜truck shareâ€™ for the first time. All went well until arrived to pick up the truck. Website couldnâ€™t determine my location (all my setting s were correct - had tested it earlier and received the â€˜you donâ€™t appear to be at the correct locationâ€™ message) so had to wait in line and go through the rental process at the counter. Rep at the counter (very friendly and helpful) told me they frequently have issues with the site. Otherwise, people and equipment were great and the process was easy breezy.

You can look at your video your manager he is a total dick head, he didn't no how to treat customers, no respect no how you doing be there with you ,oh you need to be in line here but like he is the king, i want you here so i know who is next like we'er trash, i paid you bills (customer), we not know is people on line all he needs to do is ,hi sr we have 3 people on front of you would you mind wait here till other customers ready, but now total dick head, I will not recommend this please it all , i know when you busy you feel you don't have time for manners, i own my own company (5 stars) because my customers are first not trash!!!!
