Absolutely worst experience of my life. I am contemplating even using uhaul ever again. I already called Friday and spoke with a representative about what happened. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Never will return for service.

Staff did not inspect the vehicle or walk outside. We've never hooked up a trailer so who knows if it was correct (dangerous!). She didn't add the time I asked for and then said for me to just call (2 hours on hold through spotty coverage while driving with 3 young children in the car so she didn't have to reprint the contract) contact is barely legible and she didn't change the cartridge to print me a good copy so we can turn it in to the military as required. I've learned not to use uhaul for our future military moves! Never got through to customer service and reached out with the issues and haven't had any response.

Horrible service worst Uhaul experience ever. 99 cents per mile for a 10’ foot Uhaul is ridiculous. Was initially charged double for returning the uhaul 15 minutes later than the 4 hour estimate i gave them (not even 24hrs) horrible!! I will only rent from actual Uhaul locations from now on.

Employee was running convenience store and doing the uhaul rental. Not her fault; she was lovely, positive and tried to handle everything. There was absolutely no assistance with the tow dolly itself. The lady gave me one piece of paper, gave me a number to look for on the trailer, and I walked out alone and unafraid. I have already done this before but had I not, I would not go to this location. I had to ask someone pumping gas to help check the trailer brake lights since I can't be on the brake pedal and behind the trailer at once. There were no checks, no safety in mind. Risk at this location for uhaul is high. If you need any sort of assistance with Uhaul (how to hook up the trailer, how to use the equipment, etc.) go to another location. One good thing about this location is that it is flat (a little cramped though) and easy to hook up a trailer to.

Have units available when and where you say they will be ready and available. One clerk waiting on filling stations and making me wait between gas station customers. Unit was dirty and no one was able to inspect or hook up trailer. VERY POOR SERVICE.

My confirmation email told me that I had reserved a truck at the location near me but I get there and told that I didn’t have one and that their system said that they had a truck for me at another location. This was time consuming and frustrating! The girl at the first location didn’t even try to help me she just told me it wasn’t there and went on to other things

Reserved a 15 ft truck, and was told they had one. When I got there to pick it up, they told me they had no such truck. They said I could go somewhere else or take a 20 ft truck, which was WAY too big for what I needed. Employee acted inconvenienced by having to help me. Terrible experience overall.

The original pick up was in grovetown, 9 am. When I arrived the truck had not been returned and I did not receive a call. I was told to wait an hour for it to get there. I explained that I had already scheduled a moving company to load it at 10 a.m.. So I waited for a txt msg on where to pick up my supplies. The Wheeler road location was more focused on paying gas customers then completing my process. They originally said that they did not have any dollys or furniture blankets. The owner incorrectly charged my card and proceeded to double swipe it AFTER I confirmed with the bank and received a transaction code proving the money had been acquired. His language barrier prevented him from adequately communicating with the accounting representative SO I EXPLAINED the situation to the agent allowing her to locate the funds and step by step aiding the Wheeler road rep on how to perform an offline transaction. I ultimately didn't retrieve my items until after 11 am. The movers still charged me for the hour I wasn't there. I received the txt msg on the return login and was greeted by Ann agitated owner who explained that I couldn't just come and drop of equipment. I explained to her that the txt msg assigned my vm contact to her. Ultimately she refused to accept my return and sent me to her competitor
