The items I rented were not there. I specifically needed the dollys bc I'm a woman and i needed to move heavy furniture and a refrigerator. I called customer service and the girl coral kept purposely hanging up on me. After 3 times being hung up on by Coral, a lady named Nancy got me taken care of and was amazing and sweet. Coral is rude and should not be working in customer service with that attitude. I wasn't calling to complain, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to get charged for items I didn't receive. Hanging up on me 3 different times after sitting on hold for over 20 minutes was unnecessary and not called for. I work in customer service myself. I wouldn't fault her for something that isn't her fault. I just wanted the charge taken off. That's it. Thank you Nancy!

Vehicle was filthy upon pickup. Even if COVID wasn't still a thing, the way the vehicle looked and smelled outside of the visible crumbs and dirt was unacceptable. Staff was not knowledgeable, informative or friendly.

No help in getting my trailer. I was told to go out back and this is your number and pick it up. Ended up my trailer was behind another one and I had to personally move that trailer to get to mine. Then I had to hook it up with no supervision so had no idea if it was hooked up correctly or properly before I left.. They never checked even see if the lights were working.

I completed online check in, and I also spoke with the clerk prior to leaving with the trailer, however they never completed the contract. When I went to return the trailer, they didn't have record of me actually picking it up in GA.

I use this location any time I need a uhaul because of the convenient location and hours. The truck had a dolly rolling around in the back of the truck the entire time I had it which wasn't very enjoyable and the tire pressure light and low tire pressure error message were on in the truck when I first received it which didn't go away when Air was put in the tires. Dangerous to drive a truck if there is an issue with the tires. Hopefully it gets fixed before it causes an issue.

The clerk could have used some help (busy there!), but she was very professional, efficient, and courteous. She was handling several customers but was always patient, attentive, and cheerful. She deserves a raise! (I don't know how to spell her name, but Shaneera was amazing, even working that hard on her birthday!)

Agent didn't walk around truck. Gave us a faulty truck that had a customer complaint number on the window. Horrible experience, dangerous! Truck bounced, had no hub caps, towels and dolly thrown on interior when I picked it up. Bad bad bad

The truck provided is extremely worn. The truck makes loud noises, breaks squeak and the gear shifter gauge does not accurately depict shifting making it hard to tell if you are in park, drive etc.

The uhaul A/c didn't work. I almost died of a heat stroke. Only one of the windshield wipers worked . It started pouring down I couldn't see, had to pull over until the rain stopped and almost died of a heat stroke cause of the ac not working.

I rented a Uhaul from the Shell Station on Wheeler Rd in Augusta. He charged me a higher price per mile than on website. On a weekday, August 30, 2021, I paid $80 for 24hr rental of a Cargo Van + 50 miles total round trip & returned to same location. I'm sure he originally quoted $19.99 + .59 cent per mile. Which should have cost $19.99+$40.12 = $61 Plus, he acted like he did me a favor by not making me pay for gas. But! It had less than 1/4 tank when I rented it & the same when I returned it the next day. He claimed it was at 3/4 tank on the day I rented it. I won't rent from them again - the #s don't add up. He has a scam ‘technique' of walking away just as he's answering my questions - add that to a fast talking heavy Indian accent & it's really hard to understand his mumbling - I think it was .59 cent per mile in August for cargo vans rented on a weekday.

Quicker service, get decent rental equipment. Couldn't lock the doors on trailer. Was told to back up against something. Ever stayed in place where you could do that. Dirty inside. Had to hook the trailer myself.

The location I used for my Uhaul was great but my issue is that I was charged $85 and only given 7 hours when y'all advertise that it's for the entire day and I think that's a bit rediculous I wasn't even able to get all of my things because there weren't any available dollies. I also filled the entire gas tank up from empty and got nothing back it cost me $65.

I put in for a reservation at 4:30 at the Davis Road location.. no truck was there they directed me to the wheeler road location. Truck was there but no dollies on the truck and i ordered two dollies when I did my reservation. Then on top of that had to pay over 100 dollars for unsatisfactory service from a reputable company. Why put in a reservation when everything was screwed up anyways.

My original pickup point was 3360 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta. I arrived was told no reservation. Lady was sarcastic and nasty. Laughed about it. Went to Wheeler Rd there full text of pick up on Wrights or Rd suddenly reappeared. I was not a happy camper.

Fuel level was not as indicated on paperwork. Immediately notified manager. Told she could not make adjustment and I would have to call after I took a picture of fuel level. Tried several times to reach customer service, each time on hold 30-35 minutes with no answer. When I turned truck in I was told it was too late to change anything. Told she should of handled it in the beginning, but didn't because she doesn't know how. Not given itemized statement. Charged more per mile than quoted over the phone. Later told weekends were more. Can't tell if Monday extended rental was charged at weekend rate.

Cabin was not cleaned (had beverage spills, chewing gum stuck and dirty floors/ seats). Took pictures and sent to uhaul. Unrelated to this location: Original pick up was scheduled at Peach Orchard road, where no one responded to repeated phone calls. On the day of pick up, there was no one available to rent. Had to go to a different location ( Hop N Go) and get a bigger van.

I was told to check the mileage and not the gas when I left when I left it close to empty. I pu gas in the truck and the needle didn't move. I got charge 20 dollars for gas when I know I didn't use that much and I put gas in it before returning it. That's robbery!!

Only one person working. It's a gas station and I tried to book a different pick up location but the automated system instructed me to pick up at this location. The trailer had trash in it and I informed the only employee working one of the lights did not work and all she could tell me was they shouldn't be renting out trailers with lights out. If you can pick up somewhere else I would. If you drop off at night is dark in the parking lot and there will not be anyone to help you.

I was given the wrong truck. Was not able to be provided with a return in another location. Was told I'd be charged $70plus for gas that I never had or used. Then to top it all of at .79per mile, my mileage showed I had driven more than 14,000 miles in 5 hours!! The store finally figured out I wasn't lying & it was their mistake.

The woman working there was really nice. The truck was hard to start every time. You had to play with it to get it to start. It was also dirty in the driver's and passengers floor. It got the job done and the woman working there was very nice. So overall I was very happy.

Place I was to pick up truck did not have it available. Was sent to another location a few miles away. This pick up location, a gas station that also lottery tickets 🎫 not had one (1) person handling everything he was very busy and so it took a long time to fill out the contract we had to fill out. Handling the gas/ticket sales was definitely his priority!! The 10' truck was at the other site and it was full of gas but the windows were NOT clean inside or out. Other than these things - called customer service - was workable.

It took 30 minutes to check the truck out and 30 minutes to check it back in. The store was late opening that morning. I had to wait while the clerks waited on other customers even though I was there first. There was no seat belt for the passenger. I had ordered two furniture dollies but they weren't on the truck but I was charged for them. I was going to rent another Uhaul this weekend to finish up my move but I think I will go elsewhere.

The van was not there when I arrived. I wait slkostb20 minutes because another person had it. The miles on the site were different than the odometer when I picked the van up. I informed the clerk on return and sent a photo via the website yet my final bill still had the incorrect mileage and I was billed for it. It has not been corrected.
