The overall experience was diminished by the agent's insistence that I purchase the extra vehicle insurance. Presenting the information so a rational decision could be made by the customer is acceptable. Intimidating a customer with veiled threats of consequences is not.

i had a dolly on my reservation. This location did not have the dolly - advised I go to a different Uhaul location and add dolly to my existing reservation. Wasn't this easy, at all.
Fast Disconnection of trailer. Quick & Easy.
Everything was great, when it came to hooking up my trailing my left turn signal would not work on the trailer. The young man checked the trailer hook up and then he checked the fuse box and fount the problem i replaced the fuse and the young man recheck the system was all good. That was great customer service. Thanks again

The store personnel was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I followed the exact directions in the app for return and he told me that I shouldn't do what the app says and that now I have created more work for him. Extremely disappointed in the terrible service. Will not use again.
My check out person was fast, friendly and nice. My only problem was the person never came back to check me out but was told twice that he was on the way. Other than that mishap I enjoyed the experience and will continue to use Uhaul.ðŸ’¯ðŸ’¯
The representative that processed my reservation in the store was so very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely use this location again, and also recommend to others. Truck was ready when we arrived and return was easy. Very satisfied. Thank you

Your IT is ridiculous. It never works when you need it. Got charged an additional $20 last night because I could not check your equipment in after hours last night. Unfair to your customers. You need to get this fixed!!!!!

Drop off was quick and easy. This is an all inclusive store with anything you could possibly want for packing and moving.
Sign said to stay with vehicle, but no one came out to check me in. Turned out only one person was working and had other customers.
Van exterior and interior windows were filthy and had to be cleaned. I cleaned the windows at my house soon after getting van. The van was not the same model that I expected to rent. Instead it was a large passenger van without seats. Lastly, there was a low air (front right tire) warning that was on when I picked up and dropped off the van. Customer service was good but the van could have been better maintained and prepared for my use.
Put the deposit back on our card as quick as y'll take it off... It's been Three businesses still no refund.... Other than that no problem......

More staff is the number one thing I would work on. Also, making sure the key is available in the key box when using the online app to check in. I was there at 7, had problems logging in, once I did they key wasnt in the box. (Another customer was also having trouble logging in) I didn't get a chance to move until 2 hours later, then got rained out!
The first location I was supposed to pick up in Opelika was a terrible terrible location would never ever pick up from there. Delayed two hours because of that.
The customer service was outstanding. The folks were extremely helpful and our trailer was ready and waiting for us when we arrived.
Great pickup location. Very helpful. Had a billing issue when returning the trailer early. Ms. Megan Cline (Auburn location 775067) gave me excellent customer service and helped me resolve the issue. She has an amazing attitude and I wish all customer agents could be like her. Give her a raise!
The van I rented, was both dirty and dented. Had to call customer service and e-mail them pictures of van condition when I picked it up in order to keep them from charging me for damages.
called original drop off location and phone number was disconnected. Called 1-800 number an hold for 20 min and got transferred and call dropped. Called back waited another 20 minutes and changed srop off location. Then after all that they charged me $22 for a late fee when I dropped trailer off before 7am.
