This is the second time I have rented from this location. The first time I could not open the lock to get the key and I called support and they had me try multiple times and codes. This time, I again had a hard time opening the lock and when it did start to open, it was rusty and would not hardly open.

Caryn WWe put in a reservation for after hours pick up at a location in Kokomo IN over 24 hours in advance. When we got there to check in and pick the truck up we were notified on the app that the location did not prepare our truck. We spoke with customer service and they could not get ahold of the location manager, but they were able to find us a truck at the Atlanta location which is over an hour drive for us adding additional miles to our trip that we weren't expecting and starting our reservation time 2+ hours late, and without our reserved and paid for dolly. We are grateful that the small Atlanta location was prepared for other locations mistakes and last minute rentals.
