How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is the second time I have rented from this location. The first time I could not open the lock to get the key and I called support and they had me try multiple times and codes. This time, I again had a hard time opening the lock and when it did start to open, it was rusty and would not hardly open.
RICHARD PI prefer to interact with a live person, the process went smoothly and the truck was clean and did not have any problems. Overall good experience. Appreciated the little shed as it was about to rain.
Russell Zeverything went smoothly, very user friendly. very convenient.
charity iI prefer a real person be there but overall this was well done. I was by myself and struggled with the lock. Also a little time-consuming, taking my own pictures and filling in miles, etc..
