I was way off about how long I would need the truck for and Andre J. was very helpful and accommodating. Friendly service throughout and great, clear communication. Everything was super painless. AWESOME customer service.

Several things upset me about my experience with this location. 1). The rental contract does not denote that there is a rental fee for the dollie. Nor was this mentioned by the associate when I asked aboit the use of a dollie. Yet there it was on my bill when I closed my contract. 2). One associate advised that vehicles could not be returned after store hours. However, this was not true per the 800# and a sign at the location. 3) one associate advised that the store closed an hour earlier than it actually did. 4) I was told that the truck had a full tank of gas when i picked it up. I drove the truck for a total of 18 miles. However, when I went to fill up the tank at the end of the rental, it required $32.00 of gas. How in the heck would 18 miles burn up $32.00 of gas? I will definitely not utilize this location again. The after-effect of dealing with this location feels very sleazy and low-brow, as if I had been conned. That’s not a good thing for a customer to walk away feeling this way.

Reserved a 4x6 at another location. When I got there, they did not have my trailer and wanted to upgrade me to a 6x12. This was not acceptable. Fortunately, this Clairmont location had one and their service was excellent.

Always a nightmare dealing with U-Haul in Atlanta. Non-knowledgeable unhelpful personnel standing around texting. One lady doing all the work, and obviously the only one who knew anything. The location where I dropped is just stupid in terms of markers. i went to correct address by phone app and all I could see was a McDonald's and in the far distance, a Sam's Club. Tried to call U-Haul for directions. Endless wait time, all menu-driven phone-in. Put PEOPLE on the line! Meanwhile, I'm trying to jockey around a 20' truck in rush hour traffic. Finally get a person, who says "well, our office is BEHIND the Sam's Club." Keep in mind there are no U-Haul signs anywhere. Finally got back and turned in at the McDonald's, drove past the Sam's Club, completely to the OTHER SIDE of their HUGE parking lot, a mile or more from turn-in, where I finally saw my first U-Haul sign. Awful. Just awful. Not just me. My Uber pick-up also got completely lost for an hour. PUT UP SOME DIRECTIONAL SIGNS!!!!

Staff was very helpful. I was worried about the entire process ahead of time, but the equipment and accessories we requested were just right, available on time and at the location as promised. We had to adjust our return drop off location, and the local staff and the scheduling staff were very gracious and helpful.

Didn't notice until I got to my final destination that the Uhaul corner was damaged and caused rain to leak into my moving boxes. Luckily, there was very minimal damage. My original online order was also supposed to have been for 7 days, but only registered as 5 days in the system. I asked the worker to extend the service for 2 days as it should have been in the first place and was charged for additional days, insurance, and supply rental fees but was not told this. When I arrived at my destination, the assistant manager informed me that I had been charged extra but should not have been per policy.
