Make sure that the personnel do not close the store down 10 minutes early and come out to tell you that they are closed and won't sell you anything. Didn't mind checking the rental in myself but I needed additional boxes and had to go elsewhere. Two other shoppers were turned away tooLORI S.

I was sent in by the 1800 line for a truck that wasn't available to much later. I paid for a dolly that I never got. It was my fault because I forgot about it since I was so happy to get a truck. I left only after getting home did I find no dolly in the back. I called 10 times and the 800 number had me hold, disconnected me or never got me to a person again. The worst!! So I paid for a dolly I never had or used. My husband was checking out and did not report it because he said the guy was new and the process was confusing - so he forgot. I thought the manager at this location was AWESOME! So helpful and worked wonders after the 800 line person had me hours away from a vehicle being available and stranded at the counter. I asked for a 9:45 am pick up. She put in for a 1 pm pick up.Kimberly P.

The truck was dirty. The inside of the windshield was filthy, hard to see. The side mirror moved so that it was useless. After I returned the truck, I saw a charge for an additional $54. I tried the online system but it doesn't work. I tried calling, but that was a 25+ minute wait. So I went to the location. The person there told me that the gas tank was given to me at 1/4 full and I returned it 1/8. Two problems. If that were true, I would have taken 1/8 tank. That's 5 gallons. They charge $11/gallon? Ridiculous. But, it wasn't true. I know that it was 1/4 full, exactly the same as what I got it. She told me that there was nothing she could do as she couldn't take my word for it. I argued. Finally, she said that they probably took a picture of the gas gage when checking it in. She checked the picture and sure enough, it was 1/4 (as I said). She refunded the $54. This was a scam. It failed, but probably works most of the time.Laverne L.

The front desk person was extremely helpful and understanding. She helped me when another pick up location left me stranded outside their office for 30mins just to tell me that the truck I reserved was not available. I was in and out in less than 10mins and she even backed the truck out for me. Amazing customer service!ESTEFANI I.
I appreciated the help the agents gave me at the counter. They were dealing with the system being down and they still got me the liners I needed and I was out the door. They helped me when traffic was going to make me late for checkin time by helping me extend my time to a later slot. They made check out fast and easy for me. I was charged for a more expensive safe plan than I asked for. The truck was lopsided and the wheel was rubbing on the side of the truck. It smelled like rubber. I was not impressed and quite frankly over charged.beth B.
