When I arrived, two clerks was out chatting with each other. I sat there and waited, and even though they saw me, they didn't come to help. Other than that, truck was clean, and service (once started) was efficient.

I reserved my truck for the location on Peachtree Rd but when I got there I was told that my truck was at another location. I had scheduled movers (also done through Uhaul) and they were on their way. The location had a truck that size there but I was told I could not have it. I had to Uber (additional cost) to the location across town to get my truck and was late for the movers being there. Additionally I had more mileage charges because this location was farther away from my home. Why would I receive a confirmation to pick up a vehicle from a location and then be told when I got there that it was at a different location and that someone had tried to call me to tell me, I did not receive a call! When I returned the vehicle I asked about the $50 rental guarantee listed on your website and was told that I would have to talk to corporate. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I was speaking to an assistant manager but she could do nothing. What is the point of management if they have NO POWER? I asked to speak with her boss and she handed me a card but had no idea when he would be in the office. Please have someone contact me regarding this experience and how I get my $50 credit. I’m not sure if anyone reads or cares about these surveys but I would appreciate it if someone could contact me.

Donald was great, there was confusion at the home office about were to pick up my truck. This location was closer and had better hours, Donald fixed everything. Excellent customer experience!

The manager called me the evening before and told me to cancel. The rep in phone told me to go to the location. I got to the location a 8:30am for 9am pick up. Once I got to the front of line. He proceeded to tell me he does not have a vehicle for me. I should him my phone of the number of the Van and said where it is, he told me he can not rent that vehicle to me. He continued to give me attitude. I called into U-Haul number, the manager said go thru the process in the app. I did everything at 9:20. Didn’t receive the keys till 9:40 . And wasn’t let out of the gate till 10am. Sooooooooooooo I was disappointed and my time was wasted and landed me in a great deal of traffic. Moving is already a headache, why make it more of a headache. My day was ruined, probably will never use U-haul again. LOVE the app option, but coustomer service at location is very sad.

I made a reservation at The Panola road location and IT WAS CANCELLED and I didn't know until I got there ..... and after going to another location just to be told they didn't have a truck EITHER... IN SHORT UHAUL HAD OVER BOOK RENTALS AND FIRST COME FIRST SERVED I HAD A DIAYLISIS PATIENT WITH EQUIPMENT TO MOVE AND WAS VERY VERY FORTUNATE TO FINALLY GET A TRUCK .... PLEASE PLEASE BOOK AND RENT REALISTICALLY TO WHO YOU MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR RUNNING ALL OVER TOWN IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY IS TRULLY FRIGHTENING.

Our 9hour trip ended up being a 12 hour trip and was the most scarrys ride.The hitch kept feeling like it was coming loose and we had to stop several time to assure it was still attached and the chains came off we had to reattach them when we took the uhaul back here in Columbus Ohio on parson Ave the worker there told us that the hitch was broke were lucky to have made it alive and that he'll have to fix the hitch before he can rent it out again his name is meechie and said fill free to contact him with Any quietions

When I got home, there were no blankets that I had paid for. I had to return the next morning and was given a pack. I did not realize that there were only 6 blankets in the pack instead of the 12 that I had paid for.

This is the second time I have had issues with this service center. I rented a truck, and I paid the daily rate. I picked up the truck at or about 7PM EST. When I did my initial order, I requested it for four hours. I returned the truck at 10:43 PM the same day, and I took a picture for confirmation for my own records considering my prior experience(s). The service center charged me for two days notwithstanding a timely return. Apparently, the two days of charges is premised on the fact that they "cannot confirm that I returned it by 11:00 PM," but neither can they confirm that I did not. They have done this on a prior transaction, and I can only imagine this is habitual, unethical and unlawful behavior. The manager was initially very hostile about the situation until I provided a time stamped pictured. He purportedly fixed the situation, and I am now waiting for my refund to process. Notwithstanding, these unethical practices appear to be the norm at this location.

The specific location was great, very helpful! Uhaul reservation system needs to be improved though. This was the second location I had to try to make a reservation at. Luckily the people working there were very helpful and we found a solution, but there needs to be better communication between u-haul.com/phone reservation system and the actual locations.

The location I went to was great. The customer service was helpful. However, I do have a complaint about corporate. They moved me to this location which cost me an additional 30 miles (probably ~$35 for my extra trip) and I would like to be put in contact to file a formal complaint.
