Workers were rude. I was 30 minutes late for my reservation and my rental was given away and was forced to spend twice as much as budgeted. It would have been nice to know that I had to be there exactly at the time I had asked for, I don't think anyone views uhaul as a place that you have to be on the dot for when picking up a truck. The truck provided was supposed to have 3/4 tank and was closer to half a tank. Piss poor experience probably won't rent from you all again.

1. I rented for 8 hours and received confirmation of my rental period, but then when I came to pick it up I was told I could only have it for 4 hours, as someone requested the truck after me. I showed the employee my confirmation email (showing 8 hours) and was told that 4 was the default, and I would be charged a $150 late fee if I returned it past then. 2. The passenger side mirror was broken and glued in place, so it could not adjust. My view out of my passenger side was limited to the side of the truck. 3. Both driver's and passenger's seatbelts jammed, so both were unusable at various points in our trip.

Need to have more people on hand to expedite service. Wait time to pick up vehicle was too long. Staff was friendly and helpful, but couldn't handle the number of people in a timely manner. Did the best he could.

Your UX design for your user (employees) as well as your most important user (customers) is one of the worst that I have experienced. Your website is confusing and uses minimum design principles. Aside from that, your employees (themselves) are nice but lack education of your computer system and overall company policies resulting in an hour long rental process because your employees aren’t trained properly. Your employees do not have the knowledge confidence to navigate through the system, no knowledge of your out-of-state license policies, doesn’t know how to operate the credit card machine, doesn’t check the truck before leaving to find that they left the back dangerouslly open and the pulleys could have fallen out and that fall on the responsibility of your customers, etc.. For one of the most reliable and well known moving companies I was completely shocked by the overall lack of perspective this company has for itself.

The worst experience.will never use uhaul again

It snowed the day before and they did not brush the snow off the trucks windshield, or in the bed of the truck. I wasted 30 minutes of my time scraping ice off the wind shield and 5 inches of snow out of the bed of the truck in the freezing cold. Three employees in that location sat inside and did not help, even when I asked them to. They did not even offer a scraper. Not only did I lose 30 minutes of my time but I will absolutely never recommend this location to anyone. When I was about to leave and got done getting all the snow and ice out the person in charge informed me there is only 15 minute parking and that I would have to move my car to a random parking lot not owned by them. Absolutely, hands down the WORST U-Haul experience of my life. There should be some sort of refund for having this poor of a customer experience.

Jesse took care of me even though I cane in a few Minutes after 8 PM closing time on Friday night. He took the auto transport off and parked it and gave me back the truck. He was awesome and the location was very convenient.

This is the second time this location has taken out more than they’re supposed to. The first time my wife called corporate three times to get reimbursed, which they acknowledged they messed up, but she was never reimbursed. This time I spoke to someone in store about it and they said the same thing, the reimbursed my account, but a day later took the reimbursement amount out again. I spoke with another friend and asked if they ever had trouble with this location charging more than what was stated and they informed me they have had the same problem. I’ll never use them again and I’ll be speaking to corporate and a friend who works for a news casting station in hopes this never happens to anyone else.
