First, I got a phone call moving my reservation for a 10 ft truck from the location right by my house (literally walking distance) to a location that put me in Atlanta rush hour traffic. Then I got another phone call asking if I wanted a 15 foot truck (I didn't). Then when I got to the store , I had to wait for 30 minutes to even be helped

Have your uHaul app actually have the truck ready at the time selected, not push it an hour after I had reserved it, forcing me to go inside and rent it manually. On the plus side, the uHaul staff in the location were very helpful, unlike your app.

Update your records to reflect your knowledge of circumstances. There was 1/4 take of gas and the agent was informed of such, he signed the conetract to indicate his knowledge and you all still charged me to fill the tank to 1/8. I’ve scheduled a vacation and have less than the amount you are attempting to charge in my account. You will be responsible for any fees I am assessed in the event my money is not refunded in time. I was not told the full tank could still take gas. I drove 7 miles and put 3,45 gallons of gas into the tank. No explained to me that \it was a 40 gallon tank. I put $9.00 of gas in it which is outrageous for a 7 mile trip. That is not fair to the consumer.

Get your van ceiling/roof fixed it rain while i was moving and the van have multiple leaks coming from the cracks of the roof it soak alot of my boxes

WHERE DO I BEGIN??? I picked up my truck on the 1st before close-tank was at 3/8- moved in the pouring rain&mud with my son to make sure I’d have it back the next day, because I have to budget EVERYTHING since my husband doesn’t get back from his deployment for another 2 weeks and fInances are tight for us. I return the 2nd BEFORE CLOSE- the tank WAS at 1/4 so in the way back I put in another $10 which brought it to the notch between the 1/4&3/8- when I get there, the store is swamped , so I patiently wait in line for my turn. The girl saw me and asked if I was there to return the truck - I said yes, and she told me I could just leave my key with her. As my son and I waited for our Uber I saw her move the truck from where I parked it. Then to my shock yesterday evening I look on my card balance ... U-Haul charged me OVER DOUBLE the cost- they put that I didn’t return the truck until the 3rd, that the tank was only at 1/4 upon return, and that I drove 27 miles which is completely impossible considering the distance between my old&new place was 1.4 miles and I did 3 trips back&forth. I was on the phone that night with customer service for over 30 minutes , he couldn’t reach the manager ‘DION’ so he gave me his number . I messaged the manager ‘dion’ the whole situation - it showed my messages read... yet NO RESPONSE. I then had to spend another 45 minutes this morning to file a formal complaint about the charges on my card & turn of events ... I messaged the manager ‘dion’ back one more time who responded ‘respectfully ma’am , QUIT texting me, I’m on vacation’.... I’m honestly shocked by this lack of customer service - that was the last bit of extra money I had left for the next few days and it’s a disgusting response to come from a manager . Considering my U-Haul storage was robbed on clairmont last year after finding out from the detective that NONE of the cameras work , I’m extremely disappointed in myself for thinking I wouldn’t have a bad experience with U-Haul again and for trusting this company . I will be contacting the HR department this time - if anything changes I’ll change my review but for no after ‘dion’s’ response I felt it’s only fair wrote this so others don’t have to deal with this horrible experience

Mike at the store on Peachtree Road was wonderful to work with and so was the lady who booked my reservation on the phone. Give them both a raise! The vehicle had garbage from previous renter still in it and the air conditioner worked on and off - I had to turn it off and let it sit for a few miles and then it would come back on.

I only new thing that I have seen in this location is they charge for the gas as well. Usually uhaul will pay for the gas as we are already paying 0.79$/mile which should be the price included with gas but unfortunately, they asked me to refill till the level which they offered the vehicle.

On the U-Haul website it states that if you have a confirmed reservation there is guarantee that if the U-Haul is not available you receive $50.00. Well my reservation was made at 2175 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324 . When I arrived at the location, I was informed that they did not have my reserved trailer and that I would have to pick it up at 3947 Peachtree NE Atlanta Ga. I never received a text message or an email alerting me that my reserved trailer was not available. I AM DUE $50.00 FOR THE GUARANTEE NOT BEING HONORED.

The only reason we placed this order is because an order at the 14th Street Location in Atlanta failed. This was also under the name of Karie Yamamoto. We had ordered a pickup truck, but it wasn't available. This was an extremely stressful and frustrating process as we frantically had to search for a pickup truck in another location and go out of our way.

I received an unauthorized additional charge of 67.87 in addition to my total charges. The charge went through my charge card during my rental. The manager Dion Deprill said he did not know why but it would automatically come off. It has not. I was on hold for twenty minutes the previous night trying to resolve. I was told I would get a call back and never did. I woukd like a refund for this rental.
