Teach Michael what customer service means and how to preform it.
I was charged for $20 for after hour return, although I returned the cargo trailer 2 days earlier. It doesn't make sense to me that I was charged for early return, rather than late return.

Nothing. Everything went smoothly.
The pick up was fine. Truck and tools were clean. The drop off however, was a nightmare. Two of the places customer service told me to drop off refused the truck. The first had no space to park the truck. Fair enough. The second place wasn't even a part of they uhaul team anymore! They no longer rented nor housed the trucks. I was forced to travel to a 3rd location. And was then charged $20 for â€œnight serviceâ€. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
They are behavior
charged 6 times for 4 times the agreed amount. Reported fraud as nothing of what was discussed or quoted. Thought it was just system error qhen he tried to reprint the contract. Now I see it was an attempt at fraud. Check your card and your transactions from here if you care about your money. Never again.
Have a much better line of communications for identifying the trailers, opposed to calling people early in the morning and accusing them of not bringing the trailer back!!! The sucks Barron Wallace
Easy, fast and organized
The doors constantly opened and closed the locks. Van beeps constantly. Terrible for 8 hours driving.
Issues started with website booking. I made a reservation to pickup in Tucker, GA. The automated service directed me to the Peachtree Rd. location in Brookhaven, GA. I arrived at the location and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to come in and help myself and 3 others who were standing around waiting. The gentleman at the desk was friendly, but very slow. My order was not in his system, so I was told to call customer service and rebook for the Peachtree Rd. location. I did so, and the entire process took nearly an hour. The man at the desk told both myself and another customer that we could return after hours or early in the morning and we would not be charged for an additional day. I pulled out at approximately 2:30pm and returned the truck at around 10:30pm later in the evening. The next morning, my credit card statement shows that I was charged a whopping $191. After speaking with customer service, it appears that not only was I double-charged for miles and daily rate, but also assessed a $25 cleaning fee... the truck was spotless when I left it!!! Thankfully, it appears that customer service will be issuing me a refund of my entire balance. I would strongly recommend that someone from corporate look into this location for improvement opportunities.
The store was closed when we went to drop off the trailer this morning even though they were supposed to open at 7am (we got there at 8:20pm). There was also a truck blocking the entry to get into the trailer drop off. I had to call the Uhaul line (the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and I give her 5 stars). We had to park in the customer parking because we both had to be at a meeting. Pick up was a huge pain! The person did not understand how to get the trailer attached and my significant other almost pulled his back out. Luckily the next time we had to attach it we figured out an easier way (on our own). The lady also did not do an evaluation of the trailer. The Decatur Location is wayyyyy better! I Will not be returning to this location...
Staff was super helpful and great customer service
The gentlemen behind the counter was incredibly rude. I booked online. Did not see my truck, went inside. He said rudely, its in the back. NO where on the app did it specify that the truck was in the back. Luckily, Keith kindly helped and pulled truck around. Then when returning. I parked it in the front parking. Same rude gentlemen, yells Hey! and points to the canopy where I am supposed to park. I pulled through the canopy area to the back, missing the stop sign. He again yells at me. This is the rudest interaction I have received in years. Luckily Keith kindly helped again. The rude gentlemen, comes to the truck and asked if I saw the stop sign. I told him, I did not and he asks rudely, "you could not read the sign?? I am a physician and qualified to read a sign. I missed it completely. Again, this gentlemen is a terrible representative of your company. However, Keith was kind, professional and helpful. Please for the sake of your business, ADDRESS THE INCREDIBLE RUDE ASSOCIATE!!!
Truck did not drive well.asked to return truck without dolly as it fell on my foot and needed to go to the hospital. Last at the desk said without dolly we couldn't return the truck and charged for an entire second day. After several call amd a visit to the store the manager corrected this... too longer to rent and get the uhaul issues resolved than it did to move the appliances and visit the emergency room and return home.
The equipment I reserved wasn't available. The staff were rude and told me if I wanted to look for a dolly i might find one. Why one wouldn't already be in my reserved truck that I requested a dolly with is beyond me.
Don't criticize customer for not folding blankets when returning vehicle. Otherwise this was a very good location to work with.
Keep Up the good WORK
Absolutely terrible customer service!! Additionally, the truck was in a very poor, unkept condition. A close family member of mine accidentally dropped the truck off after hours (based on the signs that were ADVERTISED on the store location), and when I called to confirm delivery and do my due diligence, the associate treated me very disrespectfully! I was met with constant backlash around why I â€œshouldn't have done thatâ€ and greeted with attitude and a question of â€œso what do wanna knowâ€. I did not feel that I was treated with respect at all.
Employees were very rude and they didn't know the customer service so let them put back to learn how to deal the customers. On the same day 1/9/21 this was a third location we found a truck after second attempt and other two had ( one was closed but they supposed to open) severe problems. So I recommend to my friends and others not to go there.
Great uhaul location. I use several times a month and the staff is always awesome and the equipment always clean and ready.
When I received the vehicle I told the store that the truck smelled like marijuana. When driving the truck dropped out of shift.
