Be very careful do not rent from this location They inflated the initial estimate when I checked out then magically fixed it when I checked in but added in fuel charges and other fees that did not apply I returned it with exactly the amount of gas that they had senate out with I did not ask for insurance and he recognised that but yet I was charged for all these things and magically the number ended up the same eze when I initially checked outD SCOTT M.

The person need to be trained in Customer Service, and he also need to learn more about the business. He did not do a walk around of the vehicle and accused me of not cleaning it out, it had dirt from the previous renter he need to go back in training.jimmy W.
The lady who helped me was extremely friendly and efficient. I have rented at this location once a month for 20 years and she stands out as a true asset to this U-Haul location! When I made the reservation with the manager, we talked about how long I would need the truck and I said I would return the truck after they closed on Sunday. He told me that this location no longer offers after hours check in so he said he would show that the truck would be returned in the morning. When I picked the truck up, he showed the truck being rented for 3 hours?!? I told him I would pick it up at 1:00 and return it the following morning since this location no longer allows after hours check in.Eric P.

Address in the text messages I received was wrong location. Both locations I visited had poor customer service: zero eye contact, lack of interest in attending to customers, mumbling and annoyed at being asked to repeat, ignoring customers while rummaging around store doing other things. Truck smelled very strongly of cigarettes, brakes were poor, back left tire low, and the steering wheel had to be turned about 30% to the left to keep the truck straight on the road.Thomas A K.

Even though we rented equipment ahead of time they told us it wouldn't be available and it's Uhaul websites fault. We reserved this for 48 hours and returned it a day in advance and the total was still over what we were told it would be charged when we only had it 36 hours and returned it early and only used 8 miles. When I returned my rental I was over charged for 2 days and only had the truck for one day. And then when I called to dispute the first woman was like if you had it for 2 days that's what you got to pay and I'm like can you please check the paperwork and see I only had it for a day. After being rude to me for a couple of more minutes she was like yes you are right we did over charge you and let me get you over to someone who can help. Just super rude for no reason. And then it takes 2 to business days to get my money back but only took uhaul 2 seconds to take it.Christopher J.
Did not have reservation we made almost three weeks ago. Staff very nonchalant. We bought a lot of packing supplies also. Finally got a truck. We were lucky? Truck ran like crap. Shifting was very shoddy. Was told to have 1/4 tank when returned. Had more than 1/4 tank what I returned it. The man who received the truck stated I did not put gas in it. He states it is out of his control that I must call or go into the office. I was overcharged. The manager looked at the truck to confirm gas I tank was sufficient and he stated it was. I was refunded $60 for having been overcharged for fuel below 1/4 tank and/ or fuel not sufficiently replaced. Now my wife has a charge of some $40 odd dollars from the same U haul store. For what? Called store and has 20 minute wait time. Drove to store and has many folks waiting for service and only one person helping clients. Still not resolved. So far this is the worst and most expensive, time consuming 80 miles I have driven. Who knows how much longer it will take of our time to get this resolved. What a nightmare.douglas K.
The representative who helped me was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable on the equipment. The gas level was incorrect on the paperwork and the representative was apologetic and again very friendly while she corrected the information in the Uhaul system. I was relieved that the manager was not at the store because his demeanor consistently lacks a smile, friendliness and the pleasantries you would hope from someone who is supposed to set a good example for his staff.Eric P.
