Absolutely no complaints for location. Appreciate the owner coming in on a weekend to rent out the vehicle. However, HUGE complaint for the UHaul site and booking service, which sent me the WRONG address via e-mail to go to pick up the vehicle. After a phone call we were able to clear it up, but it was a big inconvenience.

U-Haul Equipment Damage Report 00921645-2017 First problem: On December 22, 2017, Derek Grayson called me and said there was damage to a white 2007 car. He stated that he had video footage showing my husband hit a white 2007 car. I asked him to email me pictures so that I could file an insurance claim. I asked 3 times for the pictures. I have never received them. As of today’s date - 12/27/17 I have not received the pictures. On 12/23/17, when we dropped off the truck I was going to take pictures of the white 2007 car and it was not on the lot. I am looking at the Damage report and “Was accident investigated” states “NO”. Second problem: We returned the truck around noon on Saturday 12/23/17. On December 26 at 11:38 am someone called me from MDJ and asked when we were going to return the truck. I said we returned it on Saturday, and if he looks at his video from Saturday he will see that it was dropped off. Right in front of the Green building - 1096 Memorial Drive. There is a hand painted sign with 1096 on the fence. About 20 minutes, on my way home I drove past the lot and the truck was gone. Again, if Mr. Grayson will view his video footage he will see that the truck was moved by someone. The man that called me kept saying “Oh No, Oh No”. Third Problem: I have received a second invoice for $800.00 for the damage to the white car, DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK AND A FLAT TIRE. We have been charged for 4 days of extra rental when we returned it on time. Is it possible that someone took the truck off of Mr. Grayson's lot after we dropped it off? How could we drive the truck with a flat? We filled the Truck to the ½ way point I have a receipt to prove the gas purchase. Now we are being charged for gas. I am going to file a police report for fraud.

This was the BEST Uhaul experience I have ever had. We called last minute on Saturday night 20min before this location was closing to rent a truck for the next day but since they are closed in Sundays, the manager Derrick said he would stay after closing time that night until I could arrive to pick up the truck so I’d have it for the next day. He was pleasant, professional and didn’t at all make me feel like he was put out having to stay a few minutes late. After returning the truck Sunday afternoon, Derrick actually called on his day off to let me know we drove a couple extra miles we hadn’t planned on and it was going to raise our cost just a few dollars, so he was calling to inform me of that and clarify that it was ok to charge my card the new amount. It was our own fault we had the extra miles we hadn’t planned for and I was so thankful Derrick called to confirm everything before he charged my card. He provided the best customer service I have had from any company during my extensive move to Georgia. Also, the truck was perfect, nearly brand new and it was exactly what we needed. Thanks again to Derrick and MDJ Grayson Auto Sales for being the BEST Uhaul dealer in Atlanta!

When we came for pickup, they were very busy and had a lot going on, but we were given their full attention. They assisted us in hooking up the tow dolly to our van. The right tail light had a short fuse, but the men who assisted us, were able to get it working fine with some duck tape. The parking lot is a little cramped, as they are a car dealership as well. I wish I could remember the name of the two gentlemen who helped us, but they were both very friendly and hard working. Very helpful!

No one was there when I arrived to get the truck. They didn’t have access to online check-in, so I’m not sure why I that’s an option here; Wasted 30 mins . However, the gents were very polite and hustled because they were late.

I had a great experience. The rental representative was very friendly and even agreed to come back to the location after hours to allow me to return the van since I wasn't done before the location closed. This to me was going above and beyond and I really appreciated his help!

Super disorganized. I opted for self pickup and when I got there and tried to do so, it got a message saying no equipment has been reserved for me. Uhaul made the reservation but the dealership never completed their end. We had to wait for over a half hour for someone to show up and help us and actually get the van. Returning it was just about as difficult. We waiter over a half hour for someone to come back to the dealership who knew how to check it back in. No one showed up so we left the key and a post it note and took a time stamped picture as proof we left it. Worst uhaul experience ever.
