I had a great experience. The rental representative was very friendly and even agreed to come back to the location after hours to allow me to return the van since I wasn't done before the location closed. This to me was going above and beyond and I really appreciated his help!

Super disorganized. I opted for self pickup and when I got there and tried to do so, it got a message saying no equipment has been reserved for me. Uhaul made the reservation but the dealership never completed their end. We had to wait for over a half hour for someone to show up and help us and actually get the van. Returning it was just about as difficult. We waiter over a half hour for someone to come back to the dealership who knew how to check it back in. No one showed up so we left the key and a post it note and took a time stamped picture as proof we left it. Worst uhaul experience ever.

No inspection of the vehicle was made prior to the car being moved and given to me for the rental. I was never walked around the vehicle with an employee and never signed any inspection paperwork. I returned the van in less than two hours having only driven it 7 miles and the manager at the location insisted that there was new damage on the vehicle. Again, there was no inspection made prior to leaving the parking lot. I was told that they would call me and discuss the charges. Instead, they just invoiced me $150. This is absolutely unacceptable. I did not hit anything, or even come close to it. U Haul customer support informed me that a walk around was standard procedure and, again, no such activity occurred. It is impossible to say that I am responsible for the damage without that activity. I should not be charged for something that is not my fault. Additionally, while trying to resolve this, I've waited on hold 30+ minutes and been transferred 3 times (so far). This has been an absolutely atrocious experience. There is no excuse for customer service this poor.

This was without a doubt the most easy, seamless truck rental process I've ever had, and I have moved more than my fair share. My move was last-minute, and Mr. Grayson's helpful, accommodating, and friendly attitude did a great deal to alleviate the stresses caused by the limited amount of time I had to make a truck reservation. Even though this location isn't the nearest U-Haul location to me, I will be returning here for any future truck rentals.

I went to the location where my van was reserved at the time I reserved it (9 am), they had given it to someone else. I was forced to drive to another location (the one on Memorial Dr.). I got there around 9:30 am, the place did not open until 11. The woman working at the previous place on Peters St. where I was supposed to initially get my van told me it would absolutely be open, she was wrong. I waited until 11 for someone to get there, then did not leave until 12:15 because it took so long to get my information transferred over. Therefore, my reservation at 9:00 am to get a cargo van I did not receive until 12:00 pm which very much set me back on my moving day. I am extremely infuriated and was told I would get a full refund. I need instructions on how to do this right away. This was the most unprofessional, disorganized experience I have ever had in my life. The amount of stress, driving around, and waiting I had to do was astonishing. I have record of everything, including a recorded phone call with customer service being told I will receive a full refund. Please let me know who I need to send information to or what I need to do asap.

I already talk with cuatomer service they're giving me the $50 warranty for my cargo van rental not be on time to pick (1 hour and a half late) and the right place (they send me to other location far away where i reserve online). What is the point to make a reservation 24 hours if uhaul not have the truck ready in the location and not only that nobody in the second location could help! Nobody! I got to the place to move my furniture 2 hours late. I have to pay fees and deal with the worst rush hour traffic! I plan with time and uhaul screw me! Next time im going to home depot for a van.
