They re closed on Sunday so I had to do online return I was a bit annoyed when return said I owed $20 more, when my contract ran thru the 3rd, and I returned it on the 3rd.

I paid extra to have the cargo trunk emptied because I did not have a place for the garbage. The uhaul employees drove the truck to a random apartment complex and unloaded it into their dumpster. The Complex called me saying they were going to file a police report against me because They saw my name on the boxes. The uhaul employees illegally dumped the boxes and put me at risk. I hope I don't get in trouble for it

The lady who checked me in was super helpful! I wish I had her name but you could figure it our by my pick up time of ~10:30AM on Friday Dec 11th. She was cheerful and very professional. I heard her spending several minutes on the phone with another customer patiently helping them locate a certain truck somewhere in town - going way above the normal "call of duty". She's a star!
