Clean the inside of trailer. Train the cashier person better? I had to re-check in and refill everything i already did online , why was that?

It took over an hour and a half to pick up a trailer. Alfonzo was working hard but it looked like everyone else was not interested in helping customers. A about an hour and ten minutes in, there were zero staff at the counter and six customers waiting to be helped. An employee walked by with his ear phones in one ear and his cord in his mouth. We asked him for help and he looked at us and kept walking and didn't say a word. There were two women in the back on their computers the whole time talking loudly the entire time. I would recommend no one go back to this location - poor service is the normal and here to stay based on their other reviews and my experience.

Cab was very dirty and smelled strongly of body odor. Ordered packing blankets but didn't receive them. Computer system crashed so my time spent doing early check-in prior to arrival was wasted. Overall an unprofessional experience.

We waited at the location for over an hour and a half despite having reservations. The truck was not clean and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. This resulted in me having to pay the movers more money and having to keep the movers longer. This was not a seamless process, which it should have been. Then the truck fumes could be smelled inside the truck. The engine was missing causing the truck to consume more fuel. If I could give the overall experience a negative number review I would because calling this experience "poor" was putting it lightly. It was horrendous.

Over 45 minutes to get truck as it took about 10 mins per customer. It was a terrible experience renting and then dropping off took another 45 minutes just to adjust the gas level as the car did not come with the amount that was listed on the contrat. Would NEVER return to this location and reconsidering EVER renting with Uhaul again. Worse experience of my lift and this location has poor customer service. Will NEVER go here again.

Customer service was awesome - Kimberly and Carlos took great care of me. The truck I rented however had the warnings of needing an oil change and low tire pressure before I even pulled out of the lot.

The customer service was terrible. The ladies at the front desk had terrible attitudes and talked to me very rudely. Two people outside were giving me different directions on what to do. What should've been a 5 minute trip, turned into an hour because of the lack of communication between team members.

We had to wait over an hour to get a truck when the reservation online and confirmation call we placed offline stated that the truck would be ready at the requested time - which caused us to have to miss a scheduled pickup time and pay an additional $50 to pick up tools and equipment for a non-profit event. Unless this situation is rectified with an appropriate credit, I cannot in good faith recommend this location to other non-profits or arts organizations in Atlanta.

I have never been so poorly treated by Uhaul during my most recent rental experience. First, I booked a 10' truck to be picked up near my work for a 2 day rental more than a week before my move. I got a call 2 days before from the location saying they didn't have any trucks that size so they changed my location details to a place further away from me. Since I couldn't leave my car there for 2 days, I had to cancel that reservation and re-book to another location myself. I then got a call the day of the move saying that their system was telling them the res. was only for 4 hours. Since I needed it for 2 days I had to have them change me to a 15' truck (which I didn't need) so that I could still move out and into my new place. Then I get there not 2 hours after speaking with someone and they once again changed my res. to 1 day instead of 2. I had to hold back tears as I explained that all along I've needed a 2 day reservation and I showed them my confirmation. They we're very rude and uncaring through the whole process. My reservation changed in the system several times unbeknownst to me and somehow it was "my fault" all along the way. I will continue to tell everyone I know about this story and will NEVER rent a truck through Uhaul ever again!

Please train your employees on how to use the new online service. I was so happy the use the new service but, after I completed all the steps, I was told by an associate to wait back in line (30 mins) for the key.

I rented a uhaul for 8 am. I arrived and tried to do the online check in since the location wasn’t open yet. The online portal said no vehicle was assigned to my reservation. I called the location’s 24 hour number several times with no answer. I called uhaul’s main number twice and they connected me to a non working number. I came back to the location when the store was open and the clerk tried to tell me it was my fault that there was no vehicle assigned to my reservation, despite the fact that I had a reservation number and a confirmation email. I was able to then rent a truck, but she tried to limit my rental to ONE HOUR because I was “late.” Honestly this was the worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had. A few of my friends that were going to help me move weren’t able to because it was a couple hours after I had originally planned. This place ruined my moving day with their incompetence. AVOID this place and uhaul!

Pretty much everything that was provided to me was excellent but there was only one thing wrong the vehicle that I had did not have cruise control so that is one thing that I think that your vehicle should have especially when drivers are going a one-way route to a different state
