It took a really long time to be seen. I was in line for at least 20 minutes before I was helped, and I had already reserved a truck online. The woman who helped me was really nice and thorough, though.

The person I spoke to on the phone told me where to drop the pull behind off and even sent me a confirmation email with that address. Traffic was very heavy in Atlanta. When I finally got to that location, I waited in a long line. When it was finally my turn, they told me they were full and I couldn’t drop it off there, even though they sent me an email with that drop off location. They called someone at 800-UHaul and that lady told me I would have to drive 25 minutes away to another drop off location. It took me an hour and a half to finally get rid of the dinasaur. They were EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!

Do not confirm my reservation to me when the vehicle is not reserved. Also, I should be notified when my pickup location is changed, unlike what I experienced. Additionally, I was charged for gallons of gas that we agreed I wouldn't be charged for before I left the lot with the truck. When I came back, the desk worker said the previous employee never recorded that the gas was lower than it was in the system, so I was charged for gas that the previous driver didn't fill up. I tried talking sense into them for about 10 minutes, but they told me I was lying and charged me anyway. Terrible experience, will never use uhaul again. I am also assuring all other people with leases that uhaul is not the way they should move their stuff.

The customer service of the Uhaul reps at the service desk are awful. Probably a top 2 worst customer experiences I’ve had to date anywhere. Very disrespectful, not understanding, and condescending. I will NOT be using this location again and may not use Uhaul again because of such a poor experience inside. The outside employees, however, were great. Fast and efficient service there.

The truck I used had some issues with seat belt lights would not go off there were signs of some sort in the cab area. Engine would run fast and then slow jerking somewhat. Part on the dash had fallen inside the cover. First truck I have rented that was not up to standards.

The woman at the desk was having 4 conversations at once and i routinely had no idea if she was speaking to me or the guy grabbing the trucks, her coworker at the next register or that woman’s customer. It was multitasking gone haywire.

Manager George Spotts was great and accommodating, but it is clear that this location needs lots of help. It seems like UHaul should go in and get some business processes in place, as the entire team had no idea what the other members were doing, nor did they provide good customer service. I'd recommend UHaul, just not this location unfortunately. I think it falls on UHaul to get the location the proper resources, George is doing all he can!

The older guy in his late 50’s or early 60’s who brought me the truck from the back was very rude because he brought a wrecked u-haul truck and I only asked him is that wrecked u haul documented as wreck on the whole driver side because I don’t want to be accused of wrecking it and he said go back inside and just change it very aggressively and I had to take more of my valuable time to go back in but the people inside was very nice but he is not a good representation having a attitude to customers.

Absolutely could use a more streamlined process. Had to extend my rental time due to extended time spent waiting in line to process out. I was highly upset, not due to the expense but the fact that I was specifically asked if I wanted coverage and I responded "no", however it was added to my contact. When I returned and made them aware, it was flat out denied that they made a mistake and I left the location very dissatisfied with my customer service experience.

The ladies at the counter were awesome..all of them went the extra mile to make sure my experience was good. .and the crew working the outside managed the returns and the outgoing of trucks like clock work..I will recommend this location over all in the state !

There were a lot of employees at this location, but none of them were particularly effective or efficient. The exception to this was Kenya. She was excellent, and helped us a great deal. Unfortunately, none of the other employees seemed to care about customer service or being helpful in general.

Communicate very clearly initially to let them know it you may need an extension on time. I asked if I could time be extended would it be a problem. The answer was no it would not be, then when I called to extend I was told I could not. Even though they could see if another customer was scheduled for a pick up after me. Then after I was told I could not extend I was charged for 2 days without being told.

This location did not have the truck, or dollies that I reserved. If I did not have a friend loan me his dolly, I would not have been able to move that day. The only positive was the girl behind the counter found me a different sized truck, but charged me the smaller truck price. But even in that, it seemed that none of the management wanted to help her figure out how to charge me the prorated price. I listened to her call for help over the walkie with no response. Two fellow employees seemed to not want to help her, and I was almost tempted to go find her help myself. Finally someone came to help her out, and then I got in my truck. When we could not properly see out the side view mirrors, one of the attendants said it needed a special tool to be adjusted and then just looked at us. I had to ask her if she could go find it! And when she said it would take a minute to find, she just stood there. So I had to asked her if she could go find it now so we could leave! After waiting for about 5 minutes, we realized we were already 45 minutes behind schedule and just had to deal with the improper side mirrors. About a mile away, we realized they did not show us the furniture pads I reserved, and sure enough, they weren't there! So we had to drive back to the store, and ask to get the furniture pads I reserved. So all in all, nothing I reserved was ready, not the truck, not the dollies, not the pads. And when we dropped off the truck, we had to wait another half hour! I have used U-Haul multiple times in the past, and each time I had quick and attentive service, but this was not only the worst experience I've had with U-Haul, but one of the worse customer service experiences I've had period.

I wasn't given a credit for gas. I brought the vehicle back at 1/2 tank and it was recorded at just over 3/8 which is incorrect.
