The entire process was a nightmare. I scheduled a 7:00am appointment online and didn't get helped by an employee until almost 8am. Then when I go to return the vehicle they tried to pull the wool over my eyes and sneak in a $100 re-fueling fee. Completely unacceptable. I will never return to this location ever again and will instruct my friends and family to do the same...

Customer service saved this experience. Internet was out at pickup location which naturally caused a big hickup but customer service pulled us thru it and we got truck 20' . Truck was clean and good shape except for the pull out ramp was in need of repair. For your info truck number was TT-7770E. All in All was pleased understand the internet problem wasn't Uhaul fault. But like I said there customer service getting thru the situation was the haveing grace. Definitely would recommend this location.

Service was much less than expected. I had a reservation for 9:00. I arrived at 9:15 and stood in line while two store associates checked in two customers until 9:45. Once I got to the service desk I was informed that there were no 10' trucks available at that location and that i needed to drive to a location on Candler Road in Decatur, GA. I refused to accept that offer because want I wanted to move was near by in downtown Atlanta. I was not prepared to add two hours of extra driving and maybe 75 miles of extra mileage to my day because the location was disorganized. I was offered the $50 incentive but only if I rented immediately from the Decatur, GA location. I don't see the point of making a U-Haul reservation if a vehicle will not be ready to drive when I planned. Finally around 10:30 they located a 15' truck for me to rent. It was 10:50 before new reservation paperwork was filled out. The 15' truck that I received only had less than an 1/8 tank off gas in it. I had to stop for gas immediately after leaving your store, before I could move anything. During my morning at the U-Haul store on Peter Street I saw several other customers go through similar disappointments. You won't see me here again.

My experience was absolutely terrible. I had a 5:30 reservation. Got there at 5:30 and waited in line for an hour before I got to the counter (there was only 3 people in front of me). The attendants had no sense of urgency. Kept joking around, were eating chik fil a, didn’t seem to care about anyone’s time. By the time I got up there both of my cards didn’t work and I was told there was “something wrong with the system”. After 30 minutes of the computers crashing and credit cards not working I asked if I could use cash and they said not for that truck. Which made zero sense but I decided to rent a different truck and had to run to an atm and get cash. If they would have let everyone know that the credit card system wasn’t working I could have been out of there much quicker and it wasn’t just me, everybody else was having the same problem. Very unprofessional. I should be refunded and I will never go back to this U-haul location and am hesitant to do business with U-haul again. It shouldn’t be that hard to rent a truck.

Bad service, over charging, they had to write my contract three times, the first truck still had someone’s else’s belongings in it, they swapped out the contract, but put the wrong return date- finally got me a “correct” contract- but whenI returned it today they had left the mileage from the old truck and tried to charge me for 7000 miles. They attempted to fix it- but weren’t able to. They told me to leave the store while they called tech support- after o left they called and said they were charging g me $50 more than the quote I was given online when I made the reservation even though I had fewer miles. They were aggressive when I questioned the charges. I rented a larger truck last weekend for the same span of time with more miles and it was less- just why??!!

I was moving in town; wanting 12 or 15 ft truck @ &39.00. In turn somewhere, the agent had me in a one way(which means out of town) for $135.00. Also said I couldn't drop truck back off up there because they weren't a "rotation" facility. Boy, did I get got!

The system was down at your Bolton Industrial Boulevard U-Haul location for quite some time and never came back up before closing on Saturday September 22nd I was very disappointed in the customer service too I kept asking when the system will come up and they could not give me a concrete answer

The office opened 1.5 hours late and then there was a long line to get the van 3 hours later! I was then charged for another day when I returned the van 3 hours after the due time. The van also smelled of vomit. Unless I'm refunded the extra day, I don't think I'll be using U-Haul again. Regards, Philip
