Dark due no lights in return location. contract return slot not easily found or marked. Trailer logged in but not linked to contract even after a call to U-haul on Jan 6th to check on return during which I was informed that a message had been sent to the manager of the return location AT 300 Peters st., Atlanta, Georgia. Additional follow-up required to resolve issue making it quite inconvenient.

Everything was fine when we picked up the rental. We advise the cashier that we would need to drop the rental off at the Peter Street location. We were told everything was fine. When I went to drop off the rental that cashier there told us the other location put the rental in wrong and we would be charge $305 for wrong destination drop off fees. I then got in contact with the location were I got the rental. I spoke Zack the assistant manager he was doing his best to try to make it work for us but he could not deliver. The worker at the Peters Street location was pretty rude and acted as though it was out of her hands and she couldn’t do anything but charge me a $305 fee. Her name was Tiffany. This is not my first time renting with U-Haul but this experience was the worst. I should not be charged for anything when it not my fault the worker didn’t set the contract up correctly. Then to have another worker act as if she it was nothing she could do was low. She didn’t even try to call corporate or anyone. I hope there no problem next time I try to rent and hope I can get this reminding balance off my account with U-Haul without having to give up more money for something I shouldn’t be held responsible for.

There was a lot of miscommunication at this site. I had to completely redo the the rental process even though I had completed it online already and had my rental confirmed prior. I was also treated curtly by some of the staff, including being mocked for not pulling off the lot immediately while I was reviewing the miles on my rental, adjusting my mirrors, and fastening my seatbelt so I could drive safely. Finally, I was told repeatedly that I had to return the van to what was listed as a 24 hour return facility during open office hours, but when I returned the facility was closed, and I was not told where the key drop was or the process for that. When I found a staff member still on site to ask what to do, I was mocked and yelled at again. This isn’t the first time I’ve used U - Haul, but it might possibly be the last. The entire experience was very unpleasant, and my day was already stressful enough without the treatment I received.

I reached out to the GM multiple times to fix our invoice and it was never fixed. Every time I called back I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and they overcharged our card by $210 and never refunded it.

for the price, the fuel must be included and is ridiculous the uhual store doesn't have parking for the client during the time that the client is using the Van. I spent more 5 dollars because of it.

My vehicle was side swiped in the parking lot of this location while waiting for the Trailor to be attached. It was a hit and run. The on site manger would not even come out to address the situation. The employees would not even give me his email address to try to reach him that way. I was treated as if I was the driver of the vehicle that hit and ran. There is extensive video surveillance of the property and was told I would have to get a legal court order to see if the cameras show any detail of the vehicle that hit me. Unacceptable customer service.

I reserved the van via the website and when we arrived at the location, I checked in via the website. We followed the instructions and saw that there was damage to the vehicle, but took pictures (as requested via the website), we also noticed that the van was dirty (and took pictures as well). There were no keys in the vehicle, but a kind employee was able to get them for us. When we returned the vehicle, we used the website to return the vehicle. A couple of hour later I received the receipt and there was a cleaning charge of $25 on the receipt. I immediately contacted the location and spoke with a gentleman who took my information and stated that someone would return my call. I received no call back and followed up the following day. I was transferred to the Assistant Manager (who was nothing but rude) and after all the excuses she provided, she stated that she would credit the cleaning fee and hung up the phone. I have yet to receive the credit on my AMEX and still did not receive a call back from the General Manager. I wanted to speak with him as my boyfriend, who was listed as the primary driver, ended up on the receipt. I was requesting that, as I was the person who set up the account and provided my credit card information, I needed my name on my receipt. I will not rent from this location again...ever.

Your customer service agents were not very good and the truck we had just reserved that day was unavailable. The rep proceeded to not give me any options but that it was not available. I also saw another rep being rude to another customer. You were also very understaffed for a Sunday afternoon.

I pre schedule truck a 29 inch went to pick up there was not one forcing me to get a a 15 inch making me taking more trips then I needed to costing me more money it was terrible just terrible

There were a couple of sketchy people hanging out that did not look like employees. I had called corporate and gotten a “grace” for an additional 2 hrs and confirmed with Nick that it had been noted in my file, but they tried to charge me for an extra day......in addition to charging me extra miles which I was not aware that I would be charged. The equipment was great, but I don’t believe personnel were forthcoming on all info that was available to them and were looking for extra ways to charge you more. I will be extra careful to ask as many questions that you can and DOCUMENT everything!!

Its hard to rate given the choices. All employees were nice and professional. However, it seems this location is continuously under-staffed (only one person at the front counter both times I came in (and had to wait 30 min)). When I called in I was placed on hold twice for another 15 min. Please, no excuses about "busy season", staff your locations accordingly. Thank you.

Front desk was rude and not happy at all. The gentelman helping me hook up the trailer was good but someone had parked the trailer on top of the guardrail so he had to spend 5 minutes trying to get it unstuck. We accidently left the utility dolly and called to have it refunded. And the lady just hung up on us. This is pretty much how in keeping with our experience in Atlanta anyways so I wasn't expecting anything less.
