I reserved an Uhaul at this location for 10 hrs online. 10 minutes before I arrive an aaociate calls to tell me I would not be able to receive my Uhaul for the AGREED terms. I would have to find another location. Very unprofessional. No one seem to care had Io had to purchase another Uhaul in the same day. An associate even went as far to ask me where do I work?’. Then goes on to complain about the customer service at my Company. Will never go back to this location again and will continue to share my experience on social media

I brought the truck back 1/4 of tank full. It was just below that level when I picked it up. I received an e-receipt charging me $30 for fuel. I called the location to seek clarification and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I had to hang up to go back to work. I and the Uhaul rep noticed that the gas gauge drifted a bit after turning on the engine. I believe this may have been the case when it was observed after I returned it. I have an electronic receipt from my credit card that showing how much I paid. This combined with the mileage driven will easily confirm that I put more than enough gas back. I put gas in within 5 miles of the Uhaul location and the gauge was clearly past the 1/4 mark. I would like the $30 charge to be refunded. I will also dispute the charge with my credit card company. This seems easily resolvable, and I'd be willing to let it slide I was mistakenly charged $2-$3, but $30 is unacceptable. It seems exploitive and something done to solely to make money off of customers after a rental. I only had the truck for six hours instead of 24, which gave Uhaul the ability to re-rent it and get two days pay for much less than two days time. I drove probably a total of 10 miles but was charged for 216 miles. I'm never doing Uhaul again. I was giving a truck with a quarter tank of gas that smelled like cigarettes. I dropped the truck off during late hours with the dollies in the trunk. I was called 3 times to verify the experience. I'm never doing Uhaul again.

There is always a problem when i rent from you. This time the truck had serious roof damage with a hole in the roof. When I pointed this out to the Uhaul rep he told me to go inside so I did and waited about 20 extra minutes just to be told that the person outside would have to do a walk around with me to note the damage. When I went outside the rep told me he didn't have a sheet of paper to mark down the damage and I told him I wasn't leaving with this crappy vehicle until we notated the damage. All of a sudden he was able to produce a walk around sheet. I rent a lot from you guys and I wish I could get better service and equipment. By the way, it was raining that day and the whole inside of the box truck was soaked.

I had a 15 ft truck scheduled for pick up at 9am on a Saturday at the location nearest my house. I arrived at the location and it no longer was in service. Despite using the express rental feature the Wednesday prior, and leaving multiple contact options, no one from Uhaul contacted me to tell me the location I was assigned no longer existed (I did however get an ad to purchase more services during that time). I called the 1800 number and they told me that I had already been rerouted to Peters St. I had a four person crew who were waiting on me and were now stalled while I had to go across town to the Peters St location. When I got there there line was out the door. There was one employee who seemed to be trying to process the line and one employee who was possibly a trainee or possibly just really bad at her job who was occasionally on another computer and occasionally wandering around and flirting with customers. When I finally got to the front of the line it was 11am. I'd been in line for an hour and a half. The employee said she didn't have a truck for me and said if I hadn't been late for my appointment (at 9am) she could help me. I explained that I had been rerouted and then had in fact been waiting in her line for an hour and a half. She told me she could substitute a pick up for my 15ft truck or maybe a 10ft. I said I would take a bigger one but not a smaller one. After about twenty minutes of her calling around she found a fifteen foot truck on the lot and told me she would give it to me but for two hours less than the initial window I had asked for because another customer had reserved it. In summary, Peters St. is understaffed and doesn't have enough vehicles in its fleet to keep up with demand. I would pay more to use a different company in the future just to avoid the hassle and mess with UHaul.

The line was long, they were lacking the vehicles needed for many peoples' reservations and the staff were extremely slow. I arrived on time for my reservation, but didn't leave the location with my van until 40 minutes after my reservation was supposed to begin. They wouldn't push back my return time to reflect the 4 hours I rented it for, so I only received 3 hrs and 20 minutes.

I reserved a 17’ truck and only a 15’ truck was available even though I called ahead of time to ensure the right truck was there. Because I had made my reservation 23 hours prior, it was not eligible for the “reservation guarantee”. In addition, the cashier changed my reservation contract to reflect that I had reserved a 15’ truck instead of my original 17’ reservation.

Picking up the truck wasn’t so bad. I do understand that new people have to learn and the store was just busy. After realizing that I wouldn’t be able to return the truck before the deadline, I called the store to insure them and I receive an email for 12 hours starting at 9:00a.m. The truck was dropped off by myself and my cousin my 8:30-8:45 pm on Friday and I dropped the keys in the drop box. I was charged for 4 days instead of one and after calling the store and speaking to 3 different people (including a manager) I have yet to be called back. I ended up calling the customer service number and reporting this matter. I understand that mistakes happen, yet there seems to be a lack of concern for correcting this matter.

This was 2 of 2 visits within the week. The first time, there was only one person at the front desk and a line near the door entry. It took 45min for me to get to the counter for a reservation that was made online. Other employees were walking around, but apparently weren't able to assist. Once at the counter, no complaints with the agent who helped me. Visit 2 of 2, went smoother with three agents at the counter. The customer service was great. I reserved truck and furniture dolly online. The problem occurred at return, I waited 15 minutes for someone to take the truck back. Again, employees walking around but none of them able to assist. The location needs to focus more on providing a efficient process for quick pick-ups and drop-offs for its customers. I won't use this location again.

Bad service. The sales people were condescending for some reason. They didn't seem to want to help. They didn't explain the process to return the truck properly. Got charged $30 more than the base cost that was advertised. Waste of money and time.

Tell the females not to be rude. The young lady that checked my truck out was nice but the others on both shift was very rude. Don’t know how to talk to customers. The guys was very helpful. Inside and out.

First of all the cashiers have the worst attitudes ,they guy who was cleaning my truck left it wet so my feet was sliding I had to pull over to get napkins to dry it the only person that was decent was the new lady being trained wrong and the Mexican guy who brought out my truck

Didn’t get e-mail, call, or text to provide correct pick up location. Once I got the location It took 3 phone calls during which I was put on hold for over 20 minutes each time to find my reservation and see if the had a truck. Finally told to go to pick up location within 30 minutes but when I got there the truck wasn’t. Waited 30 minutes. Overall it took 2-1/2 hours to pick up the truck. Terrible
