With the first location i went to for pick up, I had called before making the reservation to make sure if I'm picking up the truck in atlanta but moving to Gwinnett, could i drop it off at a Gwinnett location? The person told me yes. When I arrived at the first u-haul location, they did not have the truck I needed and referred me to another location. I guess this 2nd location demands that their uhauls get delivered back to their location. I should have been made aware of this before they transferred my location pickup, because it made me spend double the amount on moving funds than what I initially agreed upon. Because of that, I feel like business was done poorly and lacked clarity for us customers. I do not like shady business. Will not be renting from those locations again, and honestly maybe never again from U-Haul altogether.

Easy to work with. Good communication. Clean truck. Easily accessible and good location.
Katy HDrop off was very scary. It was in the bad part of time. Couldn't find the drop off box. No one was around and it was very sketchy. Thankfully, we called U Haul, and they gave us a different drop of place. Which was a lot better. You need to check out these drop off points to make sure they are legit.
